The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice, good service at the bar-restaurant.
Good cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned daily, the view of the sea and Puerto is quite nice.
But some negative points, 1 elevator that worked out of the 3, I was on the 6th floor.
The doors slam in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and there is no way to sleep, you have to forget about lying in, the swimming pool is small but has the merit of existing.

A hotel with excellent value for money. Its glory days are long behind it, but it is sufficient for those who want something more than just a hotel stay. Good breakfasts and great dinners. Rooftop swimming pool (8th floor). Great location, close to the center, beach, shops and pubs.

I've just returned from here 12/11/24 and after reading the review's i was abit worried but that wasn't the case yes the room's are dated and the food was poor quality an staff could smile now and again but for the price i was more than happy room cleaned every day the sheets was clean and a good shower location was excellent beautiful country an bus station across the road and easy to use i found it better to have a map to show the driver and pay on the bus I think children would be board there not much apart from the pool on the roof so if you expect 5 star treatment then pay 5 star prices I will be returning 👍

É stata la peggior esperienza 4 stelle della mia vita. L’opzione all’ inclusive è una bufala, oltre ai pasti non comprende praticamente nulla e quel poco che comprende è agli orari che vogliono loro e come vogliono loro. Il cibo è terrificante. In una settimana facendo tutte le colazioni e le cene e anche qualche pranzo non ho trovato nulla che potesse essere definito buono, al massimo accettabile ma spesso mi sono trovato costretto a fare l’avanzo perché immangiabile. Le camere pessime. Letto divisi nonostante la richiesta del matrimoniale e lenzuola impolverate che facevano venire prurito. Unica nota positiva l’acqua calda sempre presente, ma per un 4 stelle lo si dà per scontato. I servizi in generale dell’hotel sono stati piuttosto scadenti. La palestra aveva attrezzature vecchie e mal messe e faceva orari ridicoli che se durante il giorno volevi visitare un po’ l’isola non riuscivi ad andarci. La piscina chiude alle 18 quindi se torni per l’aperitivo rimani fuori. Sauna chiusa, dismessa. Io e la mia ragazza l’abbiamo buttata sul ridere e ci siamo fatti la nostra “comica” esperienza, ma se fossimo stati due che stavano molto in hotel e ci tenevano al comfort, sarebbe stato un inferno. Concludo ribadendo che della roba così cattiva da mangiare non me l’aveva mai data nessuno.

Prijs/kwaliteit prima.Goede bedden....schone kamer prima balkon. Mooie lokatie,eten redelijk niet altijd warm genoeg maar voor ons was het assortiment ok. Prima uitvalsbasis voor tripjes met de auto. Van alle faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt dus daarover geen mening.
