Muy buena atención de los trabajadores, la zona de la piscina y jardines están muy cuidados y bonitos. Falta aire acondicionado en la habitación, hace demasiado calor de día y de noche. También se echa de menos una pequeña nevera. Buffet bien cocinado, aunque no era excesiva la variedad de platos

Don Manolito was a very good experience. Spotlessly clean everywhere, except one of our two rooms seems as to somebody have been smoking cigar inside.... Anyway, we immediately got another room, so no problem. Rooms and beds are good and it's very quiet during the night time. Breakfast is nice with a wide selection, although the juice is lemonade and not real fruit juice. There is a restaurant with an ok buffet. During our 1 weeks stay in January the clientele was mostly 60+ years of age Germans. The location is fine, but there is no dedicated parking lots. As for all Puerto de la Cruz parking is not that easy, although possible.

El hotel esta decente y cerca de todo en pto. La cruz. Si reservan con cena incluida se van a llevar una decepcxion, te cobran la bebida y faltando media hora ya comes lo que quede, no reponen mas y te dice "es lo q hay" hotel para dormir solo. No reserven desayuno,almuerzo y cena. No dan la talla. No volveremos

Nous (6 personnes) avons passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé et contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans d'autres commentaires, il y a un énorme parking à 4 minutes à pieds prêt de la plage. L'hôtel est très propre, l'ensemble du personnel sérieux et efficace. Nous avons bien mangé ce n'est pas gastronomique mais c'est bon. Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi bon. A nos yeux, 2 choses sont à améliorer: 1) Le café du matin (surement le moins bon de la galaxie), mais celui de la piscine est excellent mais payant. 2) Les boissons payantes pendant le repas...Un 1/4 de vin, un pichet d'eau ou une bière inclus par personne serait vraiment plus. Au final, un hôtel au rapport qualité/prix très correct dans lequel nous retournerons.

Séjour excellent pour visiter et decouvrir tenerife pour l'hôtel améliorer la variété des repas surtout les entrées pour les chambres ne plus utilisés des petits consommables pour la salle de bain sinon parfait rapport qualité prix et service

Als single reizende kreeg ik kamertje 208 toegewezen, ongelooflijk klein en een uitzicht op een kapotte muur voor en een dak vol duiven stront rechts. Geen kamer wissel mogelijk maar als antwoord van de receptie kreeg ik te horen dat ze het zelf ook verschrikkelijk vonden!!!!! Eten(halfpension)was ook niet lekker en elke dag het zelfde gekookte vis en kippen stoofpotje. Het zwembad was klein en de bedjes daar doorgelegen. De hotelgasten zijn merendeels bejaarde duitsers Nooit meer Don Malito.
