Mala atención … nadie me ayudo en la mañana quería encargar mi equipaje y nadie atendió pese a que la noche anterior me ofrecieron hasta un box lunch para llevarme en vez de mi desayuno .. los dispositivos de la habitación no funcionan y pedí apoyo y en la recepción nadie quien apoye

Siamo stati in questo Hotel il 5 maggio 2024 tramite la prenotazione della nostra agenzia di viaggi. Quando siamo arrivati non c’era nessuno alla Reception Abbiamo chiesto al bar di sotto come doveva fare e dopo un po’ di tempo arriva il gestore del bar( non un impiegato dell’hotel) che ci fa vedere le stanze all’ultimo piano. Vi assicuro che portare le valigie fin lassù non era uno scherzo. Scale strette e scomode Avevamo prenotato 3 camere Le camere erano sporche, pavimento non lavato, letti con peli e il nostro bagno con capelli nella doccia e privo di asciugamani Si vedeva che le stanze non erano state pulite… Nella camera da letto c’era il letto e un tavolo neanche una sedia. Non si poteva fare buio perché le tende erano rotte. A questo punto ho chiamato la nostra agenzia che ha provveduto a chiamare la proprietaria. Siccome nel frattempo era diventata notte e non si poteva subito cambiare hotel, abbiamo chiesto che almeno cambiassero le lenzuola. Il giorno dopo siamo stati trasferiti in un altro hotel ( Hotel Solymar) dove siamo stati benissimo. Sono stata contenta di avere un’agenzia che si è occupata di questo problema senza farci perdere soldi e tempo.

El hotel es lindo, sin embargo, el ruido es demasiado fuerte a pesar de estar con ventanas y puertas cerradas. Todos los días que nos quedamos hospedados la música del restaurante era fuerte hasta 3am. Por otro lado, la atención también estuvo regular, ni había alguien constante en la recepción y el servicio no es muy bueno.

Nos quedamos con mi novia por 3 noches de viernes a lunes. Cuando llegamos a las 10 de la mañana no había nadie q nos atienda y nos tocó preguntar en el restaurante de alado. En las noches el restaurante de alado pone una música a extremadamente alto volumen que no permite descansar ya que las habitaciones son alado. De igual manera, por la noche hay una discoteca cerca e igual ponen música an altos volúmenes hasta altas horas de la noche (2 am). No se descansa nada.
