Ideal setting for nature lovers. Comfortable facilities, ideal spa, very complete in its system, well organized. Good cafeteria-restaurant service. Very quiet location and well connected.

The air conditioning service in the room was disastrous. We were forced to sleep with the windows open, making it impossible to lower the temperature in the room. The accommodation was in the parallel facilities they have in the spa hotel, disastrous.

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für was man bekommt. Das Spa-Wellness müsste man extra bezahlen (30€ und zeitlich begrenzt). Dies sollte in diesem stolzen Preis inbegriffen sein (zumindest ein Mal). Aussenpool ist ok, jedoch ohne Bedienung und ohne proaktiv angebotene extra Badetücher. Ausser der Rezeption spricht niemand vom Hotelteam Englisch. Fokus liegt augenscheinlich auf spanischen Touristen. Sie haben sich auch nicht Mühe gegeben langsam Spanisch zu sprechen.

Me di un masaje Deluxe con Ana. Prácticamente una hora súper relajante con unas manos increíbles. Me he quedado como nueva. Fuera todo el estrés. Muy muy recomendable. Lo repetiré. El Hotel está fenomenal y la atención en Recepción exquisita en explicaciones y educación. El Hotel es una maravilla y está muy cuidado.

Somos clientes que llevamos más de 15 años disfrutando dos semanas de este magnífico gran hotel ,siempre en noviembre y febrero Nos gusta porque tiene cierto encanto ,está situado en un rincón de Cantabria precioso,el personal es muy amable , Aitor ,David , Elsa ,en general todos El templo del agua es espectacular, de los mejores de España .El buffet de desayunos muy completo y generoso ,donde todavía no dan la talla y es una opinión muy personal ,es en la restauración .para ser justos en el comedor si algo no te gusta, te lo cambian o te dan otra alternativa con amabilidad. Si este detalle de atención compensa tu exigencia culinaria en la restauración y asumes que están desbordados en recepción y no atienden por teléfono cuando llamas para reservar ,este es tu hotel balneario ( mejor reservar por Gmail ) Nosotros seguiremos disfrutando de este gran hotel y de Cantabria !!!!

De kamer was goed/netjes zonder een balkon helaas. Verder was het ontbijt en het diner echt super. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid en een heerlijk groot zwembad. Het dorp is rustig en niet veel te doen.
