El hotel está lindo, pero a mi parecer es extremadamente caro para lo que es, y he conocido hoteles de lujo y la verdad este se queda corto, las habitaciones cuestan arriba de $4600 y no es el lujo de otros hoteles, el day pass cuesta $850 y no te incluye absolutamente nada, y sólo es por 4 horas, la la alberca esta demasiado sencilla, los alimentos no están mal pero tampoco son la gran cosa, te cobran aparte la salsa que pides para los tacos, un poquito de salsa por $25, y el estacionamiento por 4 horas fueron $125, la atención no es muy buena, si pides 1 agua o lo que sea te lo cobran al momento pero tu cambio no lo llevan hasta que bajas a recepción a pedirlo. La verdad es que nos fuimos muy decepcionados y con un mal sabor de boca 😪

Le cadre est super sympa, l’accueil est chaleureux. A quelques pas de la cathédrale et du centre historique de Puebla. Le menu est varié, nous avons choisi tous les deux des pâtes et ce fut un régal !!! Je recommande vivement cette adresse !!!

This is a beautiful hotel in Puebla. Our room is spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. The hotel is housed in an atmospheric historic building which has been sympathetically renovated, maintaining its history whilst adding modern amenities. We love it.

Viajé con mi familia el fin de semana pasado y quedamos encantados de este hotel, todo fabuloso. Desde el primer minuto nos recibieron con una infusión de té, nos dieron excelentes tips para diferentes restaurantes; además tiene una ubicación excelente para trasladarnos caminando por todo el centro histórico. La arquitectura del hotel es muy agradable, los cuartos amplios, cómodos, con amenidades de calidad y con un diseño precioso. El restaurante con una cocina deliciosa, de buen gusto, EL PAN DELICIOSO, aparte nos ofrecieron unos pulques clarificados que estuvieron muy novedosos. La atención que recibimos de los 3 diferentes responsables de recepción fue EXCELENTE, atentos, cuidaron cada detalle que solicitamos, siempre con una actitud muy amable, realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa en cada minuto. Si acaso el único detalle que podríamos mencionar para mejora es el aire acondicionado, el frigo bar que no enfría mucho, aunque puede ser porque nosotros somos de Monterrey y estamos acostumbrados a que el clima enfríe demasiado y siempre tomar las bebidas heladas. Sin duda alguna vamos a regresar, nos quedamos con ganas de conocer más a fondo Puebla y sus alrededores, pero sin falta, hospedándonos en Casona de Los Sapos. Felicidades por su excelente servicio.

Wow, the room os espectacular. The building was an historuc site, I was amazed with the history of the place. All the staff was super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

Estuvimos en una estancia corta en Puebla, fuimos al zoológico y aprovechamos para hospedarnos en este hotel. Desde la recepción, la comida, las instalaciones, el servicio de estacionamiento, la atención, amenidades, alberca, el cuarto, todo estuvo excelente. Nos agradó la comida mucho, a mí que me gusta el pan, el que tuvieran una panadería francesa en la planta baja fue una grata sorpresa y para mi esposa que hubiera antigüedades en las calles. Cuando partimos mi familia y yo comentamos sin duda regresaríamos.

The hotel was amazing- the service is great, the rooms are spacious and clean. The service is extremely nice and the location is incredible. Saturday’s and sundays there’s an antique market eight outside the hotel. Walking distance ti all the sites and the zocalo.

Nuestra experiencia en la recepción de nuestra boda fue inmejorable. El trabajo de Edgard, nuestro event planner, fue impecable; cuidó cada detalle para que nosotros no nos preocupáramos por nada, sin duda un profesional en lo que hace él y todo el equipo de la casona; desde el chef que cautivó a nuestros invitados con sus exquisito menú. Sin dejar de mencionar a los jóvenes meseros, hostess, fotógrafa que nos hicieron disfrutar del evento. Hermosa arquitectura un hotel de lujo, todos los servicios funcionaban a la perfección. La atención del personal fue excelente, amables y atentos. Recibimos mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Sin duda recomendamos este hermoso lugar.

An amaxing hotel, and a very nice restaurant, both dinner and breakfast is delicius. The pool and spa area is nice as well. The rooms are very big and nice. But most of all this hotel has an outstanding service. Thank you for a very very nice stay. We will be back.
