Desde el recibimiento fue nefasto. No respetó reservación y el cobro seria mucho mayor a la reservación ademas de solo efectivo argumentando que nunca existio trato directo con el hotel para pactar forma de pago con tarjeta.

La habitación es SUUUUPER pequeña ni siquiera podía sentarme en el baño por el pequeño espacio que había (contando que no soy una persona grande ) , el personal es amable pero los huéspedes no , había personas viviendo allí muy groseras corriendo por los pasillos y haciendo escándalo todo el día y noche , no pude dormir por el olor asqueroso que salía del baño llegando estaba recién hecha la limpieza y olía a jabón pero a la hora que se fue el aroma empezó a oler horrible el baño tanto que me vomite pedí que volvieran a hacer la limpieza pensando que sería suficiente y no el olor volvió a la hora tan asquerosos y junto con el aroma salían cucarachas de las pequeñas , lastima de que el hotel está en buena zona no volvería. .
