本來訂了個套房，但是到了説沒有空調，溝通下來説是給個暖風機解決，但是這種天氣真的很冷啊。
然後前台小姐姐説大床有空調改訂成大床，所以把套房退了重新定兩個大床，結果空調是有了，但是一晚上都沒用啊，開了一晚上都是冷的。好，然後成功睡感冒了。
大冬天的真的很受罪。

服務一星都是給辦理入住時候的老闆娘的客氣態度的，不然一星都不給。一，沒熱水打電話給前台，前台説不可能，都是一根管子，我説放了半天都沒有，她説那她也沒辦法。二，入住時交代過了要安靜一點的房間，半夜4點到6點一直有人敲門，給前台反應前台告訴我可能敲錯門了！那要是是壞人怎麼辦？整個人直接沒休息好，無法入睡！有和前台的電話錄音為證！
