Made a booking,but the lady at reception was rude and didn't allow me to check in as the last check-in time was 7am and I turned up around 8am.
Worst customer service so will be requesting Trip.com for a refund.
Avoid at any cost. Zero rating if there was an option to do so.

Good location, the front desk staff is ok, but the wifi in the room is very poor! It's almost the same as having no wifi at all. I suggest putting up signs for the elevator and emergency exits, and hope to receive suggestions for improvement.

This hotel is affordable, has a great environment and good service. The only problem is that the hotel charged us the same amount of tourism tax even though our order included it. Fortunately, the platform solved the problem for me. I am quite satisfied.
