房間真的很棒，商家還免費給我們升級房間，看湖非常美，還有觀景陽台，歡迎水果，迷你吧也很不錯，服務非常到位，酒店晚上早上去梅子湖逛也很方便

前台給免費升級了房間，坐在露台直接看湖景，服務到位，開電瓶車更是細心周到，隨叫隨到，早餐品種豐富，和梅子湖公園相連，空氣好，酒店的外觀也是很有特色，住在裏面非常舒服。

從西雙版納租車自駕過來的，酒店環境非常贊，梅子湖畔，我們一直在説再來普洱還得住在這裏，一晚上根本不夠。

這是第二次入住這家酒店了，雖然是老酒店了，房間還算很乾凈服務員很客氣，早餐很豐盛，很喜歡他們家的泳池很乾凈，唯一的遺憾是不可以通過酒店直接進入梅子湖棧道
