No. 6 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Shanghai"Stayed here for 6 nights. Basically, it was like being right in the middle of a happening town! Love that there's delicious halal food nearby, beside Apple store (Pinhuiwei Muslim Northwestern Chinese)! The Bund is nearby, Adidas flagstore is there, Starbucks everywhere. Love the vibe here! Will I stay here again? Yes I will but Shanghai has to be the 1st stop in China because there's no self service laundry here. The only con in this trip, or else, it would have been perfect! Then I'll followed by Xi An then Beijing, as those two cities have free laundry! My last two days was the start of their May Day! The number of people walking through Nanjing Street was crazy, shown in photo! But, it was very orderly so everyone had a good time here!"

"The room had excellent natural light, was very spacious, and the overall environment was great. The lobby featured a high-tech air purifier, which looked quite impressive. They offered free washing machines and dryers, which was incredibly convenient – I could wear my sweaty clothes again the same day. The facilities were comprehensive. The hotel staff provided exceptional service; when I had to go out while my laundry was washing, the front desk even helped me dry my clothes, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The room rate wasn't high, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"I've stayed here before and found the breakfast and service to be excellent. This time, I chose the same hotel again, and it was just as good – affordable, hassle-free, and convenient. The room was quite spacious, there's a delivery room for parcels, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. The food delivery robot even brings meals right to your room, which is super convenient and keeps things neat.
What truly stood out was when my suitcase wheel broke. I bought new wheels and wanted to borrow a screwdriver from the front desk to fix it. Instead, the front desk called over someone from the engineering department. To my surprise, the engineer took the time to replace all four wheels for me, and there was no extra charge! This level of service was incredibly impressive. It really shows how warm and attentive hotel service in China can be. I'm truly grateful."

"This was my second stay at the Dihang Hotel, and I'm very happy with the overall room design, especially the murals, which are a highlight – fresh, elegant, and tasteful, I love them! 😍
I'm also very satisfied with the housekeeping staff's attitude; they are diligent, responsible, and patient.
However, there was an issue with the bathroom in my room this time: there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the drain that filled the entire room. This is something that needs to be addressed urgently, as it will otherwise negatively impact future stays."

Breakfast was very affordable—just 88¥ for four meals—which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom door, which was difficult to slide. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value for money.

"We booked the South Building, which faces the airport check-in hall. For just over 500 RMB, I wasn't expecting much, just a place to crash for the night before my flight. But to my surprise, the facilities and amenities were incredibly complete! The room was also very spacious; it felt like a high-end hotel from a few years ago. It was clean and hygienic! The only thing was that you could still hear some airplane noise around 11:00 PM, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room, which was a really nice touch."

"I arrived in Shanghai around midnight and had to find a hotel to wait for delivery man. I chose this hotel because they have 24-hour shuttle bus to Pudong airport (1 bus/ hour).
Staff can speak little English. So, they asked me to add WeChat for better communication.
There is no sign plate on the bus. There are many buses to pick up passenger. So, the hotel staff told me bus plate number and asked me to send myself photo to them. They passed it to a bus driver to seek me in front of terminal gate. However, everything went well. They kept talking to me until they were sure I was on the bus already.
If you arrive at Terminal 2, please wait for a bus at gate 20.
Hotel staff is very helpful. Room is clean. Facilities are OK. I booked a room with breakfast. So, they asked me for the time to delivery breakfast box to my room. The breakfast is from a restaurant next to the hotel. The taste is very delicious.
They have sign board to show what time to Pudong airport. You can book in advance and need to wait 10 minute before bus arrival.
I very recommend this hotel for any propose of travelling.
Please note that: hotel does not provide Adaptor plug, please prepare yourself before flying (not only China, but for every countries)."
