Beautiful hotel, perfect breakfast.... paid services are very expensive however, staff in charge of breakfast are inadequate for the type of hotel, just like plastic flowers on the table cannot be seen in a four star hotel!! Bathroom equipment without accessories apart from soap in the dispensers

The second time we came here and certainly will come back. Very nice hotel with great spa and location. Easy to visit Valpolicella wineries closeby or wine and dine at the hotel restaurant, which is also beatiful. Bus service to Verona center is 40 mins, leaving just from outside of the property.

Le camere sono arredate con gusto e ben attrezzate: una grande scrivania con cassetti, un porta valigia spazioso, una poltrona e una sedia. La televisione è enorme, l’armadio capiente, e i letti sono comodi, con due cuscini e coperte calde. Anche il bagno è ampio e funzionale, con tanto spazio d’appoggio intorno al lavandino. Gli accessori forniti, come sapone, crema per il corpo, e piccoli gadget (lima per unghie, elastico per capelli, cuffia per la doccia ecc), sono un bel tocco. Tuttavia, l’insonorizzazione delle camere lascia a desiderare: si sente camminare chi indossa i tacchi nella stanza accanto. Inoltre, la carta igienica è sorprendentemente ruvida, un dettaglio migliorabile. La reception è elegante e lascia percepire il livello dell’hotel.
