Just a great place to stay.
Well what an absolute pleasure it was to stay here not only were we treated like friends I think myself and Alberto who with his wife own this beautiful house actually became just that friends. We were on our motorcycle tour of 6 weeks when I booked the nights stay here on our way from Lake Como to Ljubljana in Slovenia. My wife who is vegitarien was sourcing out a place to eat locally to Alberto's house and we found a restaurant about 5 km away. I had been having a problem with my knee and was struggling to walk far and I asked Alberto if we could get a taxi to which he said no but I will run you there and pick you up latter. Nothing was to much trouble for him he is a really nice guy same age as myself and we soon found we had lots of things in common. İf we had not been booked in at our next hotel I would have liked to have stayed and spent more time talking to Alberto. İf we are in Italy again I'm going to go and drop in and visit him he's such a great host and an all round nice friend.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. I titolari ci hanno fatto sentire a casa... Loro... pochi sorrisi e presenza quasi invadente. Colazione buona, ma attenzione al check-out fissato alle 9:00: un ritardo di soli 10 minuti, viaggiando con un neonato, è stato subito fatto notare dal titolare, che al telefono, davanti a noi, con la donna delle pulizie si è persino scusato con un "porta pazienza capita..." E nessun commento ulteriore. Sconsiglio inoltre di chiedere la ricarica dell’auto elettrica: al check-out ci è stato chiesto un extra per l’elettricità da presa da 2kw, calcolato a un prezzo per kWh più alto delle colonnine veloci. Secondo il fantomatico "programma" del fotovoltaico di casa avevamo consumato 36kw = 20 €. Ricontrollando successivamente su app, i kWh reali erano circa 20. In realtà l'errore è nato dal fatto che l host ha stimato il consumo "spiando" la percentuale di ricarica all arrivo ed alla partenza sullo schermo della mia auto... peccato che abbia considerato un modello di auto con una batteria più capiente della mia(poi ho capito perché mi chiedeva conferme sul mod.)😂... cosa che abbiamo capito solo successivamente( in effetti è un po' difficile caricare 36kw dopo nemmeno 10h di presa a 220v).. sul momento ci eravamo fidati... Con più trasparenza e qualche sorriso in più l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

Alberto e Francesca sono due ottimi padroni di casa e due splendidi amici. Location nel verde, posizionata bene per girare cantine, birrerie e tutto il Friuli. Sauna per chi la desiderasse. Due cani simpatici ed educati aspettano i fortunati avventori. Non resta che provare ...
