The worst hotel I have been in. The room at 24 deg without possibility to drop the temperature. The shower water outlet blocked cwmresting inondation in the bathroom. Towel not replaced from one day to the other. Soap not replaced each day. Mosquitoes everywhere and no windows protection. Maybe in the summer if air conditioning works. But never again in the winter. A shame for a 4 stars!!!

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte, la stanza era ampia e pulita (a parte la moquette che ritengo a mio giudizio poco igienica). Carina la piscina con il bar accanto, ottima la cena nel ristorante dell’hotel ma piuttosto cara. Direi un buon hotel nella media!

We spent 5 days in the hotel and during the entire stay I had mixed feelings. Definitely the 4* are only on the paper, the beautiful pictures you can see online are not really how the place looks like. The rooms are outdated, with dirty carpets...however there was some reconstruction done, as the the bathrooms vere new and modern. There was no kettle, no glasses or cups in the room...when we asked for glasses at the reception, they sent us 2 plastic cups! In order to be able to make a coffee in the morning, we purchased a kettle at a supermarket and borrowed cups from the breakfast! There was quite a choice of food at the breakfast, but a very disapointing point was a coffee from a machine... We asked whether we can get a coffee from the bar, even if we need to pay for it..but the bar was opening only in the evening. There was a bar at the pool, however again using a nespresso machine, or similar, not having a proper coffee machine. The pool in the pictures looks stunning, in reality part of the tiles in the pool was missing...our child cut a foot on the broken tile. There was a whirpool next to the pool full of green water. At the same time the staff at the reception / breakfast was very nice and helpful. Would I come back again? Definitely not! There are much better hotels, apartments, even with less stars, but very clean and well equipped.

Wir waren im Relais le Betulle als Ausgangspunkt für die Prosecco Straße. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Hotel sehr genossen. Der Pool war wunderbar. Er ist groß genug um ausgiebig zu Schwimmen. Frühstück war auch klasse. Besonders gefreut hat uns das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Jeder war sehr hilfreich mit Information und Unterstützung kleiner Anliegen. Hier ist vor allem Davide positiv zu erwähnen. Er ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vollends genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The area is tranquil that you can have a perfect refreshment. The hotel is isolated from the town center so you need to trable if you want to have a dining. However, if you intended to have a well bing, get away from it all, it will be the perfect place for you.

Non un 4 stelle… Camera al piano giardino (che è più in basso del prato) dal cui balcone non si può guardare fuori… Tende sporche… Porte rovinate… Moquette… Unica nota positiva bagno grande e nuovo anche se nella doccia non c’è nessun ripiano per appoggiare barattoli… Giardino ok… Piscina che necessita di manutenzione… Ottimo il ristorante…

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. It was absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The food is delicious, you get a real authentic Italian experience here. You feel like family in their home. The area around the hotel is great too, the people in this area are all so kind and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
