En anläggning som verkar ha passerar "bäst före datum".
Personalen var alltid hjälpsam och trevlig men tyvärr verkar omsorgen för byggnaden och området svikta. Ledsamt att gå omkring och se förfallet. Orkar man inte med underhåll så är det bättre att lägga ner tennisbana, fotbollsplan, minigolf etc än att det ser övergivet ut.
Maten skulle vara traditionell men vi åt betydligt godare mat på andra ställen på Sardinien.

Non è la prima volta che andavamo a Su Cologone, posto incantevole e curato nei minimi dettagli, le camere sono spaziose e bellissime, abbiamo fatto due esperienze del gusto bellissime, la cena nell’orto e la cena del pane nella terrazza dei desideri. Siamo stati coccolati in piscina con aperitivi e merende, tutto bello! Ma… Ci sono i topiiiiiiiiiii, si proprio loro che passeggiano sulle tavole già apparecchiate. Quando chi li ha visti e documentati con video glielo ha fatto notare, hanno tolto solo il cestino del pane con molta tranquillità senza preoccuparsi, solo dopo, su suggerimento del ragazzo che aveva visto hanno tolto le stoviglie. Le cameriere non erano per niente stupite. Purtroppo non ci ritorneremo mai più

Start with meeting the wonderful people , the Nona, the Mother and the beautiful granddaughter, Camilla, our first dinner we were guided by Camilla in ordering a regions very good wine. Raviolis to die for…I can’t believe I ate them all. All the food was delicious but the ravioli and the pan a cotta with berries were the best I’ve ever had! Now to the most important part, our suite! We had the artists suite which was charming. But wait, after you walk the length of the suite you come to a completely private fenced in area with a private pool , hammock and nice outdoor furniture. The view is spectacular! We have been to all 7 continents but this is one of the top 3 most lovely resorts! I forgot to say that there is a bed outside by the pool if you like to sleep outdoors! High sot of our trip. Highly recommend to any traveler.

This is described as an Experience Hotel and that is a good description. Everywhere you go there are artworks and imaginative furnishings, so the place is full of colour. The hotel boasts an extensive breakfast on the terrace with a view of the mountains. I loved the restaurant with its large menu, from which one can pick and choose at one’s discretion. The room was a good size – really one and a half rooms, on level 1 of the main building. The shower was a quirky and barely manageable. The bed has plenty of character – almost a four poster! There is a coffee machine in the room. There is only a 48 hour laundry service available. I was frustrated by this quirky Italian thing of having two entirely different type of electrical sockets. The wi-fi unfortunately was erratic and quite weak in our room. Despite all the wonderful features of this hotel, I hesitate to give it a high score because it is not disability-friendly. There is no lift. As it is on a hillside, it has many levels and lots of steps or stairs. However it lacks handrails. And there are too many cobblestones to negotiate outside (but within the grounds of the hotel.) Most of these problems could be easily and cheaply remedied. I notice these complaints go back years with no sign of rectification. Maybe Italy doesn’t have disability discrimination legislation. Perhaps the owner does not wish to spoil the ambience?

Solo scenografia, mai visto un posto così con sostanza zero. Prezzi spropositati, servizio lento, carne vecchia, anche dopo averlo fatto notare al personale, si sono limitati a portare il piatto in cucina e riscaldarlo per ripresentare nuovamente la stessa carne ormai asciutta. I primi pieni di sugo acido Eravamo tre amici, tutti e tre con significativa esperienza nel segmento ristorazione di lusso (Italia ed estero). Mi è rimasta particolarmente impressa la poca cortesia della proprietaria. Ma al di là della scortesia di chi avrebbe dovuto accoglierci, ospitarci e, visto i prezzi, coccolarci, inquietante è stata la maggiorazione rispetto al menu. Peccato perché avevo due ospiti con me che venivano dall'Umbria e dall'Inghilterra e, abituati a frequentare ristoranti di livello… l’esperienza mi ha molto mortificata, e mi chiedo. Leggendo le recensioni recenti, se qualcosa nel frattempo sia cambiato. Spero per loro di sì. Comunque, non ritornerò per dargli una seconda chance.
