Accueil chaleureux, très bonnes explications. Chambre impeccable et spacieuse! 2ème lit bien préparé pour notre fils et literie agréable! Service théière appréciable dans la chambre, code wifi. Petit déjeuner très bien et complet avec sucré et salé très bon! Situation calme proche mer

Aucune vue sur la mer depuis la suite. Petit déjeuner minimal pour un 4 étoiles. Loin du village, 20 minutes à pied, trop cher pour ce que c’est. Parking gratuit heureusement mais restaurant pas terrible, choix limité et prix surfait pour la qualité servie.

Emplacement très agréable, chambre jolie mais le restaurant est à éviter. Très cher pour des plats très basiques et des portions ridicules. Ne mangez pas sur place, vous trouverez beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Avec la musique des cuisines trop forte qu’on entend depuis la salle. Vraiment pas à la hauteur du prestige annoncé !

Das Hotel: einzig die waren Zimmer ok. Die Lage des Hotels sehr abgelegen, die nächste Ortschaft, Santo Stefano (halbe Stunde Fussmarsch) ein verschlafenes 1000-Seelenkaff. Das Essen geniessbar, aber auch nicht mehr. Beim Service fühlte man sich eher als Störfaktor als Willkommen. Es fehlt auch ein Aufenthaltsraum/Lobby, wo man etwas konsumieren kann. Die "Bar" befindet sich in einer Ecke im Speisesaal. Ausser in der Abend-essenszeit besteht keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken, es sei denn man sucht jemand im ganzen Haus. Edith B. È un hotel valutato come quattro stelle a parer nostro non lo è, il posto è molto bello spiaggia Praticamente attaccata all’hotel ma poco curata, ristorante con porzioni molto piccole e cibo non sempre fresco oltre ad avere dei prezzi molto alti. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo Si é praticamente obbligati a muoversi per comprare del cibo ad un prezzo conveniente visto che i prezzi del ristorante sono inaccessibili o quasi, nel complesso direi che la valutazione è molto scarsa per il posto in cui sono situati potrebbero gestire la spiaggia e gli spazi in un modo migliore , l’unica cosa positiva sono le camere e la pulizia.

Ho trascorso cinque giorni piacevoli in questa struttura Il posto è tranquillo e rilassante Camera grande, vista mare,luminosa e pulita. Ristorante a pranzo c'è poca scelta ed è un po' caruccio, noi abbiamo risolto mangiando fuori, ci sono dei ristoranti ottimi! La colazione è buona c'è di tutto tra dolce e salato. La spiaggia secondo me andrebbe rivista, il bagno è piccolo e sporco, manca spesso la carta, alcuni ombrelloni andrebbero sostituiti ed è la prima volta che mi dovevo aprire l'ombrellone da sola!! Comunque i bagnini tutti gentili e disponibili Le ragazze della reception gentili, ma se un cliente è lì per la prima volta dovrebbero quantomeno accompagnarlo all' ascensore, visto che ce n'è più di uno,invece mi hanno fatto girare in lungo e in largo con i bagagli per poi chiedermi se mi fossi persa! A parte questi dettagli, siamo stati bene C'è il parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti Lo consiglio!

Responsable odieux, aussi bien avec les clients qu’avec le personnel.. Petit déjeuner bien , propreté bien et chambre très bien . En revanche les 4 étoiles en Italie non pas les mêmes critères qu’en France.. Sans le responsable la note d’appréciation aurait été de 3 points.

Residence 4 stelle, capisco la regola no vetro in spiaggia, ma seduti al tavolo del loro bar di un residence 4 stelle il caffè espresso nel bicchiere di plastica a 2,5€ suggerisco di rivederlo, come i prezzi della carta totalmente non allineati con location, servizi e località turistica
