Ho soggiornato qui nell'estate del 2020 (spero che alcun dinamiche siano cambiate in meglio). Ho apprezzato moltissimo la struttura, moderna ed esteticamente molto bella, e la colazione di qualità. Ciò che non ho gradito è stato: 1) Non volermi dire il prezzo della cena effettuata lì in loco e conoscerlo solo al check-out. In più, prezzo decisamente troppo alto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Infatti, ci hanno fatto pagare ben 35 € (nel 2020!!) a persona per una cena del tutto casalinga a base di verdure. 2) Addebitarmi 35 € perchè io e la mia compagna di stanza abbiamo cambiato gli asciugamani da doccia ogni giorno. La cosa risulta ancora più surreale poichè, ancora il primo giorno, chiesi ai gestori della Villa se fosse un probelma farmi cambiare gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Loro mi risposero in modo affermativo, senza dirmi nulla del costo aggiuntivo!!

Nach einer sehr schlechten Erfahrung in Apulien in der “ Residence Bandiera Gialla in Margherita di Savoia” haben wir glücklicherweise diese Unterkunft gefunden. This hotel has a noisy highway bridge, blocked bath drain and charged 1 € per kWh = 57 € for charging our electric car, without informing about it in the sales and marketing material - and not even in the order confirmation, enclosed. Many more things surprisingly cost extra, at this hotel. Even the first bottle of drinking water - and the hotel is hard to find on the bad old hill roads, especially in the dark.

Very picturesque views and lovely ambience. We have absolutely no objection to children staying at any accommodation we stay at, but upon check in we were specifically told that this is an adult only and no pets. The next day a family with a young child checked in. Don't make this a point of sale if you check someone in with a child as we would have stayed regardless of children present. We used their pool towels, but should have been told that this would cost us 10 euro, because I would have used my own that were in my luggage. This was the first accommodation that we used in 6 weeks of travelling around Italy that did not supply hand wash or hand soap. Shampoo was the only thing supplied. I would have preferred hand soap as most people bring their own shampoo but not hand soap. Also the first accommodation that did not supply any complimentary bottles of water. Even the most budget of accommodations supplied a couple of small bottles of water , which would have cost them a minimal cost.

A fantastic experience the owners Eva and Stefano two people always ready for any request for help and advice The structure is completely fantastic in all respects Eva's spectacular breakfast is all fresh homemade products. We spent three nights at Villa Verna. At the time of booking we were a little hesitant due to the photos present in a somewhat rendered style. We arrived and we changed our minds, modern, beautiful villa, well-kept exteriors and interiors. Very good breakfast with homemade desserts by the owner, a kind, friendly and present person for anything. Spacious rooms and bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend a stay at this property. Beautiful and modern swimming pool, to be exploited! Advice / constructive criticism: adding a cabinet in the bathroom since it is a place that satisfies every need cannot lick a comfort like this. Everything else excellent, wonderful roof terrace. The position of the Villa, despite being "distant" from the village, can be reached very well in 5 minutes.
