Very beautiful, cosy farmhouse "La Piaggia", 350 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2000. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (2.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. The house is quite isolated and can only be reached via a gravel road which is in questionable condition. When fully loaded, our three mid- range cars had their problems. But that is the only negative criticism. Otherwise everything went smoothly and the

mold in the bathrooms. Rotten wooden floors in front of the shower and toilet facilities (bathroom and toilet floors). Oven is not functional. BBQ in the outdoor area is desolate and only more difficult to use. TV is not operational. Defective / blocked g
