La recepcion es muy buena, muy amables, las habitaciones está muy bien para una corta estadia, muy bien ubicado el hotel, a pocos metros del mall Costanera, muy buen desayuno, con el tema del parqueo hay en el frente pocos lugares, pero se puede aparcar frente.

Gostei muito, passei uma semana os anfitriões super educados, as camareiras sempre deixava meu quarto impecável, o café da manhã muito gostoso com variedades, fizemos um passeio bem cedo e deixaram um lanche pronto para levarmos. Gostei muito e com certeza voltando a Santiago ficarei hospedada lá novamente. Sem contar a ótima localização é perto de tudo, principalmente do skay constanera .

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, melhor impossível. O hotel conta com uma localização boa, próximo o shopping costanera center onde é possível ir caminhando. O quarto e cama é muito confortável, ideal para uma viagem solo.
Café da manhã gostoso e frutas frescas, o básico que funciona.
Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente.
