A experiência no apart foi muito boa, próximo a vários lugares como farmácias, cafeterias, supermercados e metro. A unica coisa que deixou a desejar e que pra mim nao merece 5 estrelas, é que o banho quente é de apenas 5 minutos por pessoa, ou seja 10 minutos no total. Eles falam de 10 a 20 mais cronometrei no relógio e nao deu nem 10 minutos, após isso somente depois de 1 hora a água volta a estar quente. Pedi a recepcionista que pedisse para olhar mais nos informaram que era automático e nao conseguiam mexer. Como o Chile é um pais frio, o minimo para mim seria a disponibilidade de um banho quente descente.

The staff at the Apart Hotel Viva Providencia were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they provided clear instructions for things we needed to know. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet at night, we were able to get a great nights sleep. The only suggestions are that the walls in the apartments need to be repainted and the bathtub gets really slippery when you take a shower, we were worried about falling while we stepped out of the shower.

El apartamento está muy bien situado a pocos minutos de la estación del metro, con tiendas cercanas, muchas opciones de restaurante y otros comercios. La zona es tranquila y segura. Muy recomendable.

O lugar é maravilhoso. Inicialmente parecia bem simples, mas a hospedagem foi incrível. Ótima localização, excelente atendimento e limpeza, todos os dias deixavam um saquinho de lanches, com sucos, bolachas, chás e cafés. Perto de um supermercado Líder, de praças etc.

Muy buena experiencia, a último momento se nos sumó al viaje nuestro hijo menor, y el Hotel hizo todo lo posible para facilitarnos el hospedaje de los tres en un mismo departamento.
Excelente atención, y muy personalizada.
Muy buena ubicación, con fácil acceso en vehículo. Buen estacionamiento cerrado.

Foi ótima, como fomos a passeio, chegávamos mais tarde no Apart, mas a limpeza essa ótima, o apartamento cheirosinho, colocam todos os dias o lanche da tarde, vem suco, biscoito, barra de cereal, amendoim, sachê de chá, sachê de café.
Muito legal, fora que se quiser cozinhar tem tudo na cozinha.
