Magnificent hotel. Very calm. Well located.
Close to Protaras and its beaches (where you can go on foot) but where you avoid the crowds!
Far from mass complexes.
Coves in front of the hotel where you can swim.
Walk which passes in front of the hotel.
Free hotel parking.
Mini fridge in the room which is filled with drinks (free) when you arrive (filled only once during the entire stay).
2 small bottles of water per day are left in the room and 2 small chocolates at the end of the day (which is appreciated).
Free iron and ironing board on request.
Free secure safe in the room.
No French TV channel but you can connect your Netflix account to the TV.
Nearby 15 minutes by car from Cap Greco.
Very nice decoration.
I was lucky enough to be upgraded with a pool view.
Charming staff (especially the blonde lady at reception - whom I thank warmly - who did everything so that I could have a breakfast at my convenience on the day of my departure at 5:30 a.m.).
2 employees speak French (which helps).
No need to take a pool towel. The hotel will provide (/lend) one to you for your stay.
Beach mattresses allocated upon your arrival according to your convenience (you can change them), which avoids having to reserve deckchairs.
I really appreciated the calm of the hotel.
We feel good there. I would happily come back and recommend without hesitation.

Nice Hotel
Nicely located and close to snorkeling spots and walking ***** that can take you to main street while walking by the shore.
Staff are very freindly and food is good, fresh and nice varity. Would highly recommend to get a sea view room, it worth it.

Up the service level and it’s a five star.
Hotel was as lovely and clean as when I first went there for when they opened in 2019.
Rooms are fab, amazing bed and generally all good.
Let down by the poor service, especially from the pool bar and restaurants. Receptionists were good and efficient.
Shame they didn’t recognise repeat clients though.
At this stage I’d probably stay back at their sister property again, however that has similar staffing quality!
Up the service level and it’s a five star.

Great experience
Excellent experience (95/100). Great hotel, very new and very clean, good food and really nice staff.
Basically everything was great. The hotel is located a bit outside Protaras which I found very nice because it was calm. Also car parking works excellent. Loved the allocated sun bed system as well. housekeeping was also impeccable.
Be aware that a proper sand beach is not right at the hotel (no problem for us).
Only minor comments/improvement:
- Breakfast is great, however not much variation in assortment when you stay a week or more, some changes on regular basis in the assortment may be nice.
- Breakfast (and dinner) buffet area can get a bit crowded and messy with many people since it is pretty tight.
- A bonus would a barista during breakfast to improve coffee quality (coffee machine in the room is great).
- We found the indoor entertaining area (evening music performances etc.) in the large lobby not that inviting, all table and chairs are spread over a large area, perhaps could be made a little bit more cozy.
- In terms of sustainability, maybe use larger shower wall mounted shampoo and conditioner containers over the small ones.
Bottom-line: Highly recommended and will be back.
