AMAZING SERVICE!!The gentleman at the front desk..I don’t remember his name a bald headed fellow his name started with a V,
Very friendly and kind a fantastic welcome he gave us champagne / orange juice ..some lovely treats , pretty welcome box with sandwich and fruit. Personally came to our room to makeup the sofa bed for our daughter. And wiped up the wet mopped floor that the maid left too wet.we booked the room last minute because our Air b&b was not ready on that day …and we were very happy with his service and the hotel and room was wonderful! Highly recommend it!

Sehr nettes Personal, Getränkeservice Top, sehr gute Qualität der Cocktails. Das Personal geht dauernd durch und erkundigt sich ob es Getränkewünsche gibt. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Das Hotel ist schon ein paar Jahre alt, wenn man genau hinschaut, dann merkt man das, aber das ist überall so. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Very enjoyable stay at the King Jason. Brilliant staff, at Reception, Restaurant and especially the hard working guys at the pool bar who were always making sure we had a drink! We had a 1 bed suite which was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was enough storage space with 2 wardrobes and 2 handy shelves in the bathroom area. Also hairdryer and iron/board. Excellent location minutes from the beach and Protaras *****. Hopefully returning next October!

Hôtel privatisé par groupe 350 personnes j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel privatisé pour le "Chabbat" par 350 juifs en famille qui a monopolisé tout l'hôtel, viré tous les transats au bord de la piscine, débarrassé tout le personnel de la cuisine et son buffet quotidien, nous avons trouvé la chambre ouverte 2 fois à l'occasion de leur " purification" annuelle.....ménage limite et tout l'espace public dans un désordre et saleté comme j'ai jamais vu pour un hôtel 5 xxxxx ! Nous étions en total inclusive et avions choisi cette semaine juste avant les vacances pour profiter du calme sans enfants au bord de la Méditerranée..... On a été servi ! Il a fallu mendier à manger car tout le matériel de cuisine et son personnel de cuisine était au sous sol. Merci au responsable de ce groupe ayant remarqué notre présence solitaire et désabusée de nous avoir permis le dernier jour de nous restaurer à leur buffet. Rien de la part de la Direction si ce n'est de nous avoir dit en arrivant qu'il y aurait un peu de bruit jusqu'au Mercredi...... Un tel évènement je pense était prévu depuis longue date et j'aurais apprécié être prévenue pour prendre mes dispositions pour modifier mon séjour. Je reste choquée et très déçue de mon expérience et le manque de considération de la part de la Direction. Nous nous sommes sentis méprisés et indésirables ! C'est affligeant.

Wow wow wow , from waking in the door the welcome and Staff where unreal best check in meet and greet service we have ever had. The staff could not do enough for you and everyone made you feel welcome and special. Location is excellent as well with amazing sea views

WOW! just wow! what an INCREDIBLE hotel this is! the staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly too! I just want to say a massive thank you to whom i believe to be the hotel manager! he was absolutely lovely! nothing was ever an issue for him, ever!! the staff never let you get up to get your own drinks! always making friendly chat! anything you could imagine!! the food is out of this world! and the facilities are absolutely incredible! myself and my best friend went for a spa treatment and We would highly recommend that too! Thank you so much! I will definitely book again!!!
