優點：是少數會在房間準備免費瓶裝水的酒店，並且還贈送了茶包，服務人員熱情，房間有個小陽台，就在基姆湖旁邊，酒店及周邊就有多家餐飲店，酒店早餐佈置真的一看就很用心。

Hotel sehr sauber und gemütliche Zimmer. Personen nett und die Bedienung beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück ist super, große Auswahl und ich habe selten so leckere Brötchen gegessen. Komme gerne wieder.

Leider sehr unkulant bei kurzfristiger Umbuchung. Ich hatte mich 1 Tag vor Anreise verletzt. Mein Antrag auf Umbuchung auf einen anderen Termin wurde abgelehnt. Ich musste die 75% Stornierungsgebühr bezahlen. So gewinnt man keine neuen Gäste. Ist mir das erste Mal passiert.
