A wonderful host, Erika was friendly, welcoming, and made sure our visit was as pleasant as possible. It was a pleasure staying at this guest house recently, and we were very impressed! The rooms were spacious, clean, well-decorated, and provided a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Rooms were equipped with everything you might need. It was an excellent breakfast provided by them. I love the peacefulness of the place. The parking area is safe. Having stayed at this guest house, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The rooms are beautifull. We arrived earlier and our room was ready to check in. Spotless clean and all the extra’s. Chicolate on the bed, rusks, perculator coffee, milk and water in the fridge. This is a guest house who deserve a four star. Lots of soace in the room. Thank you for a wonderfull stay. A safe suburb and the shops and Loftus are close

I recently stayed at the 37 on Charles guesthouse and I have to say they never disappoint. This is my company's go to guesthouse in PTA and with good reason. They have all the necessary amenities and the host is very helpful and keeps you informed of all relevant details. I will definitely be coming back.

I was there for one night on a business trip, beautiful place, charming gardens and clean rooms. Things I didn't enjoy: The juice in the mini bar was expired, they have birds in a cage that make a lot of noise in the wee morning, birds should be free. Also didn't enjoy seeing several koi fish stuck in a tiny pond. Other than that they're very accommodating as we checked in after hours.

Excellent rooms and service and very friendly staff. Safe and and enough parking. We will recommend this any day. 37 on Charles will definitely see us soon again. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you

Wonderful guest house! Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Well priced for the area. Bedroom and bathroom are spacious and comfortable and contains everything I needed. My first choice if I have to stay over again in Pretoria.

The staff friendly. Very close to TUKS campus. Room 8 very small for x2 adults. The 1st morning our breakfast was good.The second morning we were not offered a sandwich to take out, as we had to leave for the airport at 6:15. Swimming pool is a gem

Thank you for a memorable stay. It is our home away from home. This guesthouse remembers the small things that most other guesthouses forget. We appreciate the milk rusks and coffee and the excellent breakfast.
