Waterhouse Guest Lodge was excellent in every way possible. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a better and bigger apartment with no extra costs, WOW! Was beautiful, comfortable, clean and much more than we expected. Will defiantly make use of this Lodge again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in that area. Keep up the great work Team.

Lovely room with luscious garden. Staff super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have a better time- loved sitting next to the swimming pool and watching the birds. I felt so relaxed

We love this place. It is beautiful decorated, very clean and comfortable and spacious. Have been staying at many of their rooms and all is more than expected.

Wonderful stay for multiple families who gathered over Xmas. Units of different sizes and configurations, with access to a pool and awesome BBQ area under the trees, work like a charm. Linda and her housekeeping team was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Well kitted kitchens, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and good security. A winner all around

We stayed in the Francais self-catering Unit which overlooks the pool. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the decor has a bohemian flair to it and the bathroom is really spacious. We experienced issues with the WiFi.

The place is super amazing, it's a breathe of fresh air. I wouldn't mind going back again. The only thing that disappointed was the electricity issue but we understood that it was beyond their control but none the less it's a nice place to visit. I'm definitely sure that I'll be going back again. Cynthia gave us a warm welcome and she explained everything in a very professional manner and it shows that she's very dedicated to her work.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience to stay at Waterhouse. The staff (Linda) was very helpful and friendly on arrival and showed us everything we might need. We were mostly away during the day, but it was just what we needed.
