We were not greeted, there was no welcome drink. There was no cleaning during the 4 days of our stay. Every day we asked to clean our room and take out the trash and left a sign asking for cleaning. The hotel staff ignore all requests. The rooms are dirty and dusty. There are a lot of insects in the room. Beetles and ants crawl even on the bed, especially at night. We had to buy dichlorvos ourselves and poison the beetles. There are bars on the windows, it seems that you came not to rest, but to prison. The hotel does not feel safe, there is no security. There was never an administration at the reception during our stay. The hotel was completely empty, only we lived and another family in the neighborhood. On the day of departure, we asked to extend the room for 1 hour, because we were delayed by the ferry. To which the hotel administration replied to us that it costs 100 euros for extending the room for 1 hour. I think this is a rude attitude. I do not recommend this hotel. Very bad attitude towards customers. The management treats their guests with indifference and disregard. The hotel is in the forest. At night, you need to walk 500m through a dark forest, without lamps. Getting through the forest without a car and without a flashlight can be dangerous. The nearest beach is Grand Anse, full of seaweed and flies. The attitude of the hotel negates all the positives. The cost is unreasonably high. We left a note of the young people and that we are bloggers, they did not pay attention to this.
