Tout était parfait. L'accueil, les équipements, la chambre, le service, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse donnant sur la mer, le restaurant et même le temps pour une toute fin octobre.

The hotel does not have the comfort of a 4-star, but rather feels like a 3-star! The rooms are small and lack basic comforts – there isn’t even a coffee machine. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable. The worst part was when we requested to cancel one night of our 6-day stay, as we had to leave early. The hotel refused, which was disappointing. This lack of flexibility led us to stop spending any extra money on their services, including dining. Additionally, the small plastic bottles of water provided in the rooms were charged at €3.50 each, which further highlights the petty, money-driven approach of this hotel. Here, it seems money matters more than customer service! We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this hotel due to its poor value for money. The prices are far from what you’d expect for a 4-star experience!

This hotel is so well located. It's between Positano and the Amalfi Coast. The staff, view from the hotel and food was excellent. Our room was too cute. Will definitely be back and recommend this place.

We spent the last 6 nights of our honeymoon here and can honestly say we will be back. We were so happy with the location and even though you were away from the hustle and bustle of positano and amalfi you were close enough to get to it. There were constant water taxis at your disposal and the hotel helps with your transportation. The beach and pool were also a plus given how hot the summers get they were also right there for you. Praiano also has many amazing restaurants within reach that we loved. The hotel rooms were so nice and had balconies overlooking the water and the staff were always so amazing. They even gave us a little going away gift at the end of our stay. 10/10 would recommend this spot.

We spent one night at the hotel, and the highlight was the view. The large terrace allowed us to fully enjoy it. Breakfast was excellent—I loved the variety, taste, and the view.
