I spent 1 night here. Overall, its a good hotel, in a great location. Wifi was good, AC was great. The breakfast buffet had limited options. The bed was comfortable too. Staff were ok. Rooms seemed to be different configurations based on the floor.

The location was really convenient. The hotel has nothing to compare with the resorts but reasonable good overall; clean, apliances in good order, noting to complain during our long stay. Breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel is showing its age, is pretty run down and worn out. Outdated, loud air conditioning, mold in the bathroom, rooms that are far too dark without adequate lighting, closet doors, balcony doors and bathroom doors that no longer close properly, old frayed towels, half-empty bottles of shower gel from the previous occupant. On top of that, the staff are bored and unmotivated. Breakfast is OK, but not great. There are definitely better hotels in Praia for the price, which is why we changed after one night.

The hotel is old, worn and pretty run down. The style is reminiscent of Eastern European hotels from the 80s. Outdated, loud air conditioning, mold in the bathroom, dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty glasses in the rooms, dark rooms without adequate lighting, frayed old towels, half-empty shower gel bottles from the previous occupant,... Add to that bored and completely unmotivated staff in all areas who make it clear that they don't want to work. Breakfast is OK, but not great. Wifi and water pressure for the showers are practically nonexistent on the upper floors. There are no emergency exits, just the narrow main staircase, and if there's a fire downstairs you're stuck upstairs. There are definitely much better hotels in Praia for the price, which is why we changed after one night.

We spent a total of 5 nights there. It was always very clean, quiet, fresh hand and bath towels, good beds, warm water, balcony. Breakfast with bread, cereal, fruit, etc. I would book again immediately.

We spent 2 nights a few days apart in this hotel. Arrival at night is disturbing because the hotel seems sad and austere but during the day it is better. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very good but the big problem that is difficult to understand in Praia is the virtual absence of hot water in the shower so prepare to take a refreshing shower. This explains our rating. The breakfasts are, however, very correct with attentive service. Finally, the location on the Praia plateau is ideal
