The room is small, there is no charging port on the bedside table, and the sound insulation is not very good

Hotel muito simpático, Quarto e espaçoso muito limpo e confortável, casa de banho apesar de se notar alguma antiguidade estava exemplarmente funcional e limpa. Varanda muito boa para relaxar com vista para o jardim e piscina, as Areas comuns muito limpas e amplas. Boa Piscina com equipamento suficiente, apesar de não ter utilizado. limpeza e arrumação diária. Pequeno Almoço muito bom com várias opções e escolhas. Atendimento do Staff bastante competente e simpático para os hóspedes. Hotel que recomendo para uma estada simples e confortável.

Hotel close to the airport and Vitória beach. Spacious rooms, friendly service. Diverse and quality breakfast. Close to the beach and the highway with access to the entire island. Clean and spacious rooms with sober and elegant decor.

The Hotel Teresinha is about 10 minutes' walk from the marina/center of Praia da Vitoria. The stop for the island buses is about 5 minutes away. Actually a very nice hotel, a one-story building around a beautifully planted courtyard, which also has a swimming pool. But: right at the entrance to the hotel there is a well-stocked drinks machine, but there is a note on it saying "out of order". I had to ring the bell at reception, the receptionist came, no "good day" etc., but in a commanding tone "ID card". In the same tone she explained to me the breakfast time (from 7.30 a.m.) and the check-out time. I thought this was a hotel, not a barracks. I got a room on the side of the courtyard opposite the reception building, the room was very nice, clean, spacious, air conditioning, large bathroom. It was on the ground floor, I could go straight into the garden from the room. But: the blinds on the door were damaged and could no longer be pulled up completely. There were lamps above the beds, the switch for which was so high up that you had to climb out of bed to reach it, the light above my bed was not on. Presumably the hotel has not yet heard that guests need to charge electrical devices and need sockets to do so. To reach them I had to crawl under the desk. There is a bar between reception and the exit to the garden, but I never saw anyone there, so you probably have to ring the bell at reception to get something. Luckily there is a tiny "supermarket" just below the hotel where you can also buy cold drinks. The room service is very good, the cleaning staff were always friendly and worked carefully. I put a bag full of laundry on the bed on Saturday morning, and the laundry was returned to me freshly ironed in the afternoon. The breakfast was also good, a rich breakfast buffet. If the defects and damage were fixed, the Teresinha would once again be a highly recommended hotel. Perhaps they should put up umbrellas or something similar at the pool, as the sun is really strong.
