On a scale one to five from the pictures this hotel looked like 2.5 maybe 3 on a good day. When we entered the lobby and the room we had very rough reality check. Every little bit is worn out and looks kinda sketch. Sound proofing is non-existent, every knock from next door felt like a knock on my forehead. Lift feels like a death trap only goes to 4th floor we stayed on 5th. Lady from the cleaning service very nice, clean rooms. Everything squeaks and begs for an update. Nice chill location

DIRTY! My stay at this hotel was horrible to the most. Before arriving I had made some specific requirements for them to fulfill ahead of time but when I arrived they didn’t even know about it. When I arrived at the room the sheets had hair and dirt all over !! The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom mirror was dirty and even their towels which are supposedly “clean” had hair on them!!! The shower’s door was broken too. After house keeping, they didn’t clean the sheets! They just organized the blankets and left!! This is not cleaning the room! I even saw baby cockroaches in front of my eyes, right next to my head, on the bed. This is just unacceptable, no one deserves to stay at a hotel like this. NEVER COMING BACK.

The service was not good. Hotel room was so unclean. They had cockroaches in the room. Television screen was broken, couldn’t even watch tv inside the room. House keeping didn’t clean the room properly and towels are so unclean, they did not change our bed sheet. I paid for late check out but it was not noted in their systems and not informed to other sections so they disturbed me, a lot of times, before my check out time .

This hotel is one big disaster!🙉 They don't clean, there is dust everywhere, we couldn't because the water was almost cold. After alerting the staff we were told there was nothing they could do about it!😱 They have to smoke in the rooms as the smell of smoke is everywhere. It was noisy there until late in the evening. Towels are changed every 3 days!! Beds unmade. Hotel SIS never again and not recommended!!🙈

El hotel bastante sin más. Si que es verdad que era de lo más barato que había, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas, o por lo menos la que nos tocó a nosotros, que éramos 2 adultos y un niño. Hacia muchísimo calor, las sabanas estaban sucias y el baño horrible. La ducha estaba rota, no podías ni colgar la alcachofa de la ducha. Las toallas eran enanas, y encima en la puerta del baño pone que si quieres que te cambien las toallas se dejen en el suelo, cuando llegamos a la noche, estaban sin recoger, fui directa hacia recepción y me dijeron que solo cambian las toallas cada 3 días… en fin. El desayuno muy básico. Por lo demás, Praga nos encantó.

Extremely noisy, dirty and unpleasant hotel with torn pillowcases and curtains. We have payed 270€ for two nights, I couldn’t believe my eyes too see the real,price - 23€ per,night. How can it be?
I would never recommend this place.

Per quanto abbiamo pagato (meno di 50€ a notte x 2 persone) non mi aspettavo chissà cosa. La stanza che avevamo era con bagno in comune e 2 letti singoli al 5 piano. L'ascensore arriva solo al 4piano e poi c e da fare una rampa di scale a piedi, la stanza era abbastanza pulita e anche se minimal c era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, il bagno e la doccia buoni ma senza finestre e areatori (da tenere in considerazione che era condiviso con un altra camera) I ragazzi alla reception cortesi, almeno nel mio caso, e disponibili. Nel complesso per gli standard Italiani non lo considererei un 3 stelle però per quello che si paga se non si hanno troppe necessità va più che bene

Te cobran una fianza de 50€ en metálico cuando llegas que nadie te avisa con anterioridad. Los colchones más que colchones son sacos de muelles, las almohadas son como folios y los baños no solo los compartes con los huéspedes sino que cuando tú estás dentro sin ningún tipo de respeto se cuela el servicio de limpieza.
