We were here as a couple. Conclusion: It would be more like a "3 star hotel" if the cleanliness and reception/service were improved, as well as the volume/insulation of the rooms and the price were adjusted. It is nowhere near 4 stars. For the right price we would book again, but remember to bring earplugs. +++ Location, very central, metro and national museum around the corner, all sights within easy reach, many late-night shops/shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (not suitable for children, shady shops etc.) +++ Large, bright room, lots of mirrors, coat rack in the hallway, lots of light bulbs. +++ Safe in the closet ~~Facilities (hairdryer with open cable, TV with outages, at least a clean kettle (coffee/tea), mini fridge with poor cooling). ~~ Reception: Friendliness/competence is so-so. ~~ WiFi often goes down/has problems ~~ Elevator yes, unfortunately very narrow and slow ~~ My requests/wishes were unfortunately ignored, e.g. room facing the inner courtyard perhaps with a nice view but at least no sloping roof/not the top floor. We got the top floor, with a sloping roof and no view. A shame, not a must but would have been nice. -- Noise: Room facing the street extremely loud, constant cars accelerating and sirens / poor insulation / poorly soundproofed. —Despite the large bathroom, the shower is small and poorly fitted out. The soap dispenser holder should be cleared of mold and limescale. — A broken telephone/intercom, no chance when trying to reach reception from the room, you have to go downstairs.

I expected more from a 4-star hotel, but my stay at the Salvator Boutique Hotel left me a bit disappointed. The room felt worn and a bit tatty, with stained and damaged furniture, bugs and spiderwebs on the windowsill, and noticeable damage to the furniture and fixtures. It didn’t have the polished feel you’d expect from a hotel of this rating. One of the biggest issues was that, although I had booked a double bed, I was given two single beds pushed together. This made for an uncomfortable sleep as the gap between the beds was noticeable. On the positive side, the room was very well soundproofed. Despite the central location, I wasn’t disturbed by any outside noise, which was a relief. However, another downside was that my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, even though I left the “please clean” tag on my door. It was frustrating to come back to an untouched room after being out all day. Overall, while the location and quiet rooms were appreciated, the overall experience didn’t quite meet the standard I expected for a 4-star hotel.

I really liked the hotel, it's very close to the center, 10 minutes walk to the train station, and the national museum is nearby. The room was clean, the price was reasonable.

The hotel front desk can speak English, and the service attitude is very good and attentive. I arrived at 12 o'clock, and I was allowed to check in even though I didn't arrive at 15 o'clock. I stayed in a loft room with a good view, which was my first fresh experience. The room was quite large and the facilities were very good, the hygiene was good, and the air conditioning was sufficient. The hotel's breakfast was not a buffet but a menu, but I thought it tasted very good and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is convenient to take a taxi on the roadside and walk to nearby popular attractions. There are also many places to eat nearby, including several Chinese restaurants. When I needed to print documents, the front desk also helped me enthusiastically, thank you very much. One suggestion is that some hair was found on the shower head, which could not be washed away by water. Maybe the staff needs to increase the cleaning of this aspect.

The hotel should be renovated from an old house, and the sound insulation is not very good, especially the sound of walking upstairs. It is closer to the train station, but relatively far from the old city. The location is not the best, but the service facilities are okay. The overall CP value is high.

The boutique hotel in downtown Prague offers an interesting mix of charm and amenities. The facilities are adequate but lack that little extra you would expect from a four-star hotel. Despite this, it exudes a special flair that sets it apart from other accommodations. The hotel's location is central but also very noisy at night, which might be annoying for some guests. Still, its proximity to the main attractions is a plus for those who want to enjoy the vibrant life of the city center. The hotel's highlight is undoubtedly its own vegan restaurant, which offers a wide range of delicious dishes. This is a welcome addition for guests with special dietary needs or simply for those who want to explore vegan cuisine. The hotel's staff deserves honorable mention for their friendliness and helpfulness. Their dedication helps to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay. Overall, the hotel offers a solid accommodation for travelers looking for a central location and a unique dining experience. Nevertheless, it reflects the standard of a three-star hotel rather than a four-star hotel.
