What touched me most was that I had afternoon tea one day and put water on the bedside table on the left side of the bed. When I returned to the hotel at night, I found that the snacks, water and slippers before bed were all placed on the left side for me.

The staff service is great. The cleaning is clean and the breakfast is really good. You can choose the breakfast menu and it's all good!! I received cleaning service twice, lunch and dinner. There are room slippers and bathrobes! When I left later, they called a taxi for me and the service was perfect. I totally recommend it!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The hardware of the hotel is also good. The hotel also provides tickets for the ancient castle, afternoon tea (unfortunately there is no chance to taste it) with snacks, opening beds, and toiletries are my favorite London brands. The service is really attentive. The son's flight at 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel prepared sandwiches, fruit, yogurt at 3 o'clock, and the housekeeper drove the car from the parking lot to the vicinity of the hotel. When we returned, the butler drove back to the parking lot. We checked out and left our luggage at the front desk, went shopping nearby, and when we returned, the luggage was already in the car. Highly recommended, plan to stay again on the next wedding anniversary with my husband!
