Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Mai 2024 und haben einschließlich Parkplatz 15372.- Kcs. bezahlt. Obwohl ich den online-Check-in abgeschickt habe war er im Hotel nicht auffindbar !? Das 2-Bettzimmer hatte nur einen Stuhl. Der Zustand und Herkunft des Möbelstücks sagt alles(s. Foto). Die angebotene Frühstück war im Umfang und Qualität in Ordnung. Das Frühstück wird im Keller mit Oberlicht serviert. Viele 2-Personentische sind Mittelfußtische(wackeln) und stehen zudem noch in der Ecke. Der malermäßige Zustand der Frühstückräume ist schlecht und wird nur noch durch den Flur getopt(s. Foto). Weiterhin ist ein Flachbildverseher im Angebot erwähnt, aber was nützt er, wenn man sehr viele Spartenkanäle in tschechisch empfangen kann und keinen einzigen deutsch/englischen Nachrichtensender! Den Zimmerservice war bei uns 1x tätig, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Die Auslegeware im Zimmer(deutlich Flecken, s. Foto) braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung! P.S. Um das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis darzustellen habe ich den Zimmerpreis genannt.

It could be a be better, the shower room had mildew on the wall and the drain was clogged, I keep the towels on the rack to keep using but the cleaning lady was charging every day but she was not cleaning the bathroom ☹️

Tres bien situé a proximite du chateau et du tramway. Les petits dejeuners semblaient bien, mais ne les avons pas pris sur place.
Notre chambre etait tres mal aérée, devenant tres chaude le jour. Ascenseur bruyant; eviter les chambres a proximite. Personnel tres peu avenant.

The hotel lies outside of where "stuff" happens - so be prepared for long walks up and down steep hills.
On the plus side there are almost no traffic so you can sleep with windows open easily.
The hotel is old'ish and could do with a refurb.
The wifi they advertise is amongst the worst wifi's I have had the "pleasure" of using on a hotel.
Either their router is in the lobby and they have no repeaters - or its just very poor. The fact is that our plans about watching a movie at night was not possible - speedtest said around 1KB/s - so we had to use our data plans.
The staff was not very friendly, but not unfriendly either - which I think might be caused by their english not being very good. ( I am not a native english speaker myself).
We had a room just next to the elevator, which was not ideal since the elvator made a lot of noise every time it was used, so it was hard to fall asleep.
The morning buffet was realitively good considering the price - lots of local treats.
Overall a good experience - but if I had to stay here again - I would ask for a room furthest away from the elevator - and a room where the wifi was actually working.

Ottima la posizione dell' hotel, con vista del monastero Loreta dalla nostra camera, per raggiungere il Castello ed il centro di Praga sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici
La fermata dei tram si trova proprio difronte all hotel
Molto comodo il grande parcheggio, chiuso da una sbarra, dove lasciare custodita l auto per chi, come noi, raggiunge la città in auto
La struttura estremamente è molto trascurata e non invoglia ad entrarci
Ma non lasciatevi ingannare dall' esterno e dalla reception in quanto le camere ed il resto della struttura sono più curate
La nostra camera era molto piccola (un po' troppo piccola) ma con una splendida vista
Sulla pulizia non possiamo dare un ottimo giudizio in quanto la camera veniva, a nostro avviso, solo sistemata (rifacimento letti e cambio asciugamani, senza pulizia del bagno e degli arredi)
La colazione molto abbondante con più cibo salati, e piatti tipici cechi, rispetto a quelli dolci
Nel complesso siamo stati contenti di aver soggiornato in questa struttura!
