A decent hotel with a good location and a large room, but everything else is average. Cleaned every day, with basic supplies such as disposable slippers, a large bottle of water and tea bags every day. The soundproofing is not as good as other hotels before, but it is quiet as long as the neighbors are not noisy. Pay the city tax when leaving, no credit card pre-authorization is required.

I have stayed in hotels so many times when traveling, but this is the first time I have encountered such a difficult bed to sleep on! I felt so itchy when I slept there, and it felt like the sheets were over-washed with detergent or bleach, and there were bugs on the bed!😰 And the sheets were visibly dirty, with many stains! I told the front desk the next day and they changed them for me, but I still found bugs on the sheets before going to bed!😡
And I had already changed rooms once, and the thick curtains in the previous room were only halfway! I wasted an hour changing rooms, and delayed my golden sunset photography time!😭 But there was still such a big problem after the change! Even the breakfast plates were never clean! The hygiene of this hotel is really worrying, it is hard to believe that it is a five-star hotel!🙄 I strongly recommend that you don’t book it!!! It will affect your trip to Prague! It’s a pity for such a beautiful city!

It's close to the tram and in a great location to go to Prague Castle or Charles Bridge. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good. I want to come back again next time. I had a good time.

The air conditioning in the room was very powerful. There was a decoration smell when I first entered, but it didn't go away after a long time. The toiletries were freshly put in every day. I stayed for three days. The breakfast was also good. Some food was updated every day. The location was very good. There was a statue of Kafka a little way out. There was a shopping mall next to it. There was a subway station and a bus station across the street. It was very convenient.
