There was a booking mistake in our 2 rooms, without going into the details. Why did I give it 5 stars? Because it's very easy to give 5 stars when everything is good, but you can never know how the hotel staff will behave when there's an issue. Mistakes happen even in a 7 star hotel, but you can never know how the hotel will treat it. The staff admitted the mistake and did everything they could to fix our experience, and they definitely did it. We were also honored by the hotel's owner's presence who apologized, fixed the inconvenience very quickly and we had an amazing and warm conversation. And this is why I gave it the highest score. However, this is not the only reason. The location is the best. The breakfast is delicious with a very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious. Literally more than I expected. And the most important: the amazing, friendly, helpful and kind staff, each one of them! This hotel staff made our stay in Prague super pleasant.

Расположение гостиницы просто отличное - она находится в самом центре исторической части города, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Староместской площади и Карлова моста. Это очень удобно ,также недалеко торговый центр Палладиум и метро. Сама гостиница производит приятное впечатление . Номера просторные, чистые и комфортные. В них есть все необходимое: удобная мебель, кухня ,большой туалет с ванной и душем,кондиционер, телевизор, бесплатный Wi-Fi. Персонал гостиницы очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Сотрудники на ресепшен владеют несколькими языками, что упрощает общение. Ирина ,нам очень помогла с поиском новой гостиницы ,так как у нас отменился рейс (а в этой гостинице уже не было мест). Спасибо Ирина Завтраки хорошие ,стандартные ,европейские, яйца ,сосиски ,нарезка,свежая выпечка, фрукты, соки.Кофе ,горячий шоколад. Хочется отметить работу девушки Лидии(Lidia), в баре. Всегда улыбчивая ,доброжелательная ,готова всегда помочь.Спасибо Лидия ! В целом, мы остались очень довольны своим пребыванием в этой гостинице. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую 100%!!!

Great hotel, especially if you are traveling with a baby (like us). The rooms are very spacious and a baby cot was ready in the room. There is a kind of kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink and kettle. Ideal if you want to make a bottle of milk or another baby snack. The bed is large and very comfortable and the view of the city was beautiful. The bathroom is fully equipped (including a very large bath). Everything was very clean. The breakfast was also very complete, something for everyone and very friendly staff who want to help you with everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The truth is that the first impression was not the best since the photos of the reception and exterior of the hotel are much better than reality, but once we got to the room everything improved, we had the room on the top floor with good views from the city, the room is large, clean, with a huge bathroom and all the meals of a good hotel. Although it was September, the temperature was already low and the room already had the heating on and it works wonderfully. Also, since there are only two rooms per floor, it is one of the quietest and most peaceful hotels I have ever been to. The situation is unbeatable a few minutes walk from the most tourist areas. The breakfast is correct, it is not outstanding but nothing is missing. There is a good quality price relation.
