Très bon accueil et qualité de l'hotel
Etant pour les fetes de Noël chez un cousin sur Bacoli et par manque de chambres chez eux prendre cette hotel ou c'est la deuxième fois que je viens et toujours un excellent accueil , très grand chambre (ca me changer des Ibis en France) ,parking ,et surtout le restaurant avec Pepe le serveur toujours au petit soins et donc les plats toujours fait maison et des produits locaux et de la mer .

Ottima soluzione vicino a Napoli.
Un pò fuori mano, ma comoodamente connesso con la Statale per cui facile da raggiungere. In un ambiente molto confortevole della collina di Pozzuoli, sebbene a monte di un autorimessa, si può godere id un ottimo paesaggio e molta tranquillità. Piscina ben fornita. Colazione nella norma, milgliorabile. Arredamento con stile maioliche, non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto. Non ho testato la cucina ai pasti. Personale reception affidabile e cordiale.

Hotel tranquillo e confortevole sia per tranquillità che per disponibilità, unici nei avere la piscina e non poterla utilizzare e avere un buon campo da tennis in terra battuta ma totalmente privo di manutenzione

assolutamente negativa, camere non affatto da 4 stelle, forse un 3 stelle, camere sporche, manutenzione delle stesse pari a zero, colazione poco più che sufficiente, si salva solo la piscina se non si soggiorna

Surprising comfort + full satisfaction
The hotel seems terribly positioned, but just the opposite is true. Hidden in green, isolated from the highway by sufficient distance and green barriers, we enjoyed our stay there in full.
The staff is very friendly and supportive, the hotel design is picturesque (Mexican style), and it was refreshing and pleasant.
I doubt 4 stars are adequate, but who knows what the measures are. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, cozy restaurant, sports facilities, plenty of space in closed private parking.
Just the shower is very small and would deserve reconstruction (rusty stains). But still perfectly clean.
