This was our 6th year staying at the resort. We had a great stay as usual. The service at the Clubhouse for dinner is exceptional from the Team - Nicola, Constantine and Antonio deserve a special mention, they always make dining such an amazing experience. Lunch was generally good, a few days short staffed but otherwise runs well. Breakfast is well stocked and plentiful, teapots for tea appreciated but please bring back the small jugs for milk to use at the table. The omelette chef this year didn’t seem to understand English or Italian and left his station quite a lot. An Italian vegetarian guest was trying to ask that that the Chef used fresh utensils to make his omelette so there wasn’t any cross contamination with any meat but this fell on deaf ears. We tend to use the indoor pool which is well maintained, the ladies Spa toilet could do with more cleaning checks during busy times, especially before lunch as it can get a little messy in the one loo available. Our spa treatments (nail and massage) were good. Reception are always really responsive to messaging regarding any questions throughout the stay. The friendly guy at the gatehouse entry didn’t complain about our Amazon book delivery when we needed to order more. Thank you for another great stay and see you in 2025!

Un resort magnifico, spazi enormi, 3 piscine (differenti una dall'altra), SPA, un campo da golf da 27 buche, garage, tanto verde il tutto caratterizzato da stanze raffinate e luminose e tanta cura nei particolari. Colazione abbondantissima, variegata e di qualità. Pranzo a bordo piscina e cene presso la golf hause. A proposito del golf, il campo è tenuto in modo encomiabile, le buche ed i tee segnalati benissimo e bellissimi green. Campo difficile ma che da soddisfazioni enormi. Ultimo ma dal valore primario: il personale. Dalle addette alla pulizia delle stanze al Manager, passando per il personale di reception per arrivare ai camerieri... TUTTI indistintamente sempre pronti a supportare le nostre esigenze: gentilezza professionalità attenzione in primo luogo.

A very special place. Had a full week there. Great Golf, Vistas and Food. Doesnt get any better. It was made extra special by the hospitality of their new Resident Manager, Raffello Preziosi. A very special secret Escape. Will surely be back.

Das neue Hotelmanagement bemüht sich erfolgreich, die wunderschöne Anlage auf ein entsprechendes Niveau zu heben. Die Zimmer, der Service, die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist sehr gut. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr angenehm und extrem schnell. Jeder Sonderwunsch wurde umgehend umgesetzt. Dafür herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team. Einen kleinen Abzug muss, aus meiner Sicht, beim Frühstück vorgenommen werden. Ich vermisse frisches Obst, etwas Abwechslung beim Käse. Ansonsten gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. Anders ist die Erfahrung im Restaurant im Clubhaus. Das Essen entspricht nach einhelliger Aussage unser Gruppe (13 Personen) nicht den beschriebenen Erwartungen. Aus diesem Grunde ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Auch hier sieht man jedoch die Bemühungen des Management. Das Service-Personal ist freundlich, es fehlt jedoch ab und zu ein gewisses Etwas z.B. die unaufdringliche Nachfrage ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob ein Dessert gewünscht wird u. ä. Die Golfplätze waren in einem tadellosen Zustand, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zusammenfassend: Wir kommen wieder. Rainer Klett

Tolle Lage, Apartment gut ausgestattet, super Zimmer, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. War für alle was dabei Golf, Tennis, Fahrradfahren etc. Bei Fragen wurden wir sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich behandelt, sowohl in der Rezeption des Hotels, wie auch bei Golf.

Complesso molto ampio abbastanza ben curato. Reception un po distante dalla zona pranzo. Stanze ampie e pulite ma eccessivamente calde. Mancano le istruzioni per la combinazione cassaforte. Letto alto e comodo. Colazione molto scarsa e poco varia

Non il solito hotel , sembra un tipico villaggio d’epoca finemente ristrutturato, si tratta di un golf club in spazi molto , molto …… ampi . Non certo il solito ambiente d’albergo . Se si ama la natura e la tranquillità è la location idonea anche se non si pratica il golf ……, servizi più che corretti , ristorante discreto , valido il menù serale , confortevoli le camere , discreta la spa . Zona tranquilla , immersa nel verde e nei vigneti del Garda . Nel complesso un posto dove il ritorno è adeguato …!

Location bellissima, perfetta per i golfisti ma consigliata anche ai non golfisti ed adatta a chi viaggia con bambini. Camere pulite e ben arredate (la nostra era una camera tripla, con soppalco e due bagni, davvero molto bella), personale sempre cordiale. Tre belle piscine, consiglio vivamente la biopiscina! Il mio compagno golfista ha apprezzati particolarmente i vari percorsi che il golf club offre e la perfetta manutenzione del green….. clubhouse degna di nota! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

1 I travelled here especially to play golf as I was told how good it was&was greeted very arrogantly at the reception.I have played many TOP golf course around the world&never experienced this. Asked if I could play,the whole time the receptionist was looking at here computer screen,no eye contact. When I finally got a tee time I asked where I could park my motorhome,she pointed over there,no instructions where,no instructions where the 1st tee was,NOTHING.👎 I found her to be extremely arrogant in her presentation to guests. Normally at a so called top golf resort your welcomed when you arrive not like this.First time there&the last time. The good thing is that being a golf professional I take my customers away on golf trips&this is why I wanted to visit Chevro Golf Resort,know I know I won’t be taking any of my customers there. Also the presentation of the golf course was terrible,yes they had rain the days before but when the tees are so long it’s like hitting out of rough it’s no fun.The fairways were all extremely wet,bunkers under water,nothing said before the round from the receptionist,this also is very bad from a top resort👎Still had to pay the normal greenfee👎👎 Overall won’t be back.
