We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and it did not have a bed for the child. We slept very badly and we told the reception but they did nothing. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise at night. The bathroom door didn't close. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and gel. It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel.

Hotel con poco mantenimiento, antiguo y todo da la sensación de estar estropeado. Frío en la habitación y ruido de un motor que no deja dormir. Desayuno muy malo. Juraría que las galletas estaban caducadas y el café… mejor ni hablar. No llega a 2 estrellas pero a precio de 5.

Esta muy limpio el hotel muy comodo pero alejado del centro de Madrid muy solitario el lugar quizá para otro tipo de gente no para mi .aunque caminando llegue al kinepolis esta espectacular para perder el aburrimiento .recomendable para gente que quiera descansar o sea plan ejecutivo .

Gran servicio y gran atención. Desayunos espectaculares con vistas a su jardín. A 10 minutos en taxi/coche desde el aeropuerto de Madrid cuatro vientos y de Madrid barajas 30/35 minutos depende del estado de las carreteras y si hay trafico

Desde que llegamos el hotel está situado en el polígono industrial o digámosle muy a las afueras e Madrid dejándolo bastante alejado, Es obvio que por afuera parece un hotel abandonado ya que este parece que no le han pasado ni postura ni espátula desde hace tiempo, es triste porque yo recuerdo este hotel con mucha nostalgia y bonito, el hotel por adentro está bastante bien con todo lo que podría incluir un hotel TV, armarios, sillas, cabecero… pero a la hora de llegar al baño incluye cosas algo innecesarias teniendo un baño tan incómodo. Por último la electricidad es un problema a l cargar con un cargador estos se estropean o dejan de funcionar, secador sale humo, luces aveces no encienden… yo iría sobretodo para dormir 1 o 2 noches por la calidad precio y el bufet de las mañanas.

Es una pena que este hotel esté totalmente descuidado porque podría ser un gran hotel. Toda la fachada esta desconchada, de fuera parece un edificio abandonado. El personal amable y el desayuno bastante bueno. La habitación está desfasada, años 90 total. Los muebles machacados. Es un buen hotel, pero de 3* no de 4*. Espero que le hagan la reforma que necesita, ya que es una pena tener un buen producto y no saber gestionarlo.
