Hotel situato in un ottima posizione, vicinissimo al centro. A piedi si può girare tranquillamente la città. Camera semplice ma carina, anche in questo hotel essendo un 5 stelle almeno i rubinetti della doccia dovrebbero essere cambiati o almeno puliti dal calcare. La colazione invece non mi é proprio piaciuta, poca scelta e cibo di bassa qualità..

Embora seu pessoal seja muito cordial e atencioso, o hotel se diz 5☆, mas não menciona que são estrelas cadentes, pois merece no máximo 3☆. Está visivelmente gasto pelo tempo, pedindo por uma modernização, a começar pela remoção do horrível carpete marrom florido que forra o piso dos quartos! O café da manhã restringe-se ao básico, talvez pela falta de hóspedes. Estive lá por duas vezes: na primeira deram-me um quarto pequeno e acanhado. Na segunda já foi melhor: o quarto era amplo e tinha duas camas. Mas é bem localizado e dá para se ir a pé a algumas das principais atrações, como a Casa da Moeda e ao Museu do Convento.

Para empezar hay que explicar que Potosí es una población un tanto caótica tanto por el volumen de personas como por la estrechez de sus calles y la cantidad de tráfico, así pues los inconvenientes y la presión por la altitud comienzan antes de llegar al hotel. Lo primero que me sorprendió es que la puerta principal puede cerrarse con una persiana metálica. Lo he visto en cualquier negocio pero nunca en un hotel. Por lo demás es un hotel que, desde luego no es de la categoría que indica, pero está en Potosí y lo que hay es lo que hay. La habitación amplia, con calefacción que no funcionaba y nos colocaron un radiador externo que cumplió su función y la cama amplia y cómoda. Pese a la amplitud casi no había sitio para abrir dos maletas. Tiene un frigo grande. La comida, cena y desayuno tipo bufet correcto.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This hotel is far from being 5 stars. Pool is not working and they still want you to pay full price. Dirty bathroom carpet, dirty, all in patches. You’re going to pay less money in a hotel that is just the same as this one around this area in the center of Potosi.

We were booked into this property at the last minute, when a miners strike blocked the road out of town. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet, plus eggs cooked to order. The hotel is in the middle of the downtown area, but we did not hear ambient noise in the night. It was a good option in a city with relatively few good hotels.

Once upon a time this must have been a fine hotel. Nowadays, it is a run down overpriced 'Ibis hotel': Little character and relatively few guests as price wise there are many beter options. The swimming pool is the big plus, but as it is not cleaned properly, you get a rash and itch as a bonus. Lastly, be careful the laundry service form is in USD, so their laundy service is outrageously expensive. The staff is very friendly, but not reason enough to stay at this hotel.

Este hotel es una farsa. Se promociona como un hotel 5 estrellas y no cumple ni 3. No pierdan su dinero yendo allá. Llegué una noche a las 11:30 PM y el hotel estaba cerrado con una reja horrible por fuera, con TODAS las luces del hotel apagadas. No contestaban el teléfono. Cuando ya me iba a ir, el taxista que me llevó vió un pequeño timbre y al momento salió una señora por una puerta lateral, tambien con rejas. La habitación era pequeña y las sabanas y toallas en mal estado, los muebles viejos y la alfombra sucia. Al dia siguiente me fui a bañar y el agua de la ducha salió café, es lo mas asqueroso que he visto en un hotel. Al hacer el reclamo sobre el tema y solicitar hacer el check out porque me parecía injusto pagar ese precio por un sitio de tan mala calidad tuve una discusión con el supuesto dueño del hotel y el señor incluso me amenazó y me dijo que iba a llegar con la policía para llevarme a la cárcel. Reglamente fue una experiencia terrible y les recomiendo por su tranquilidad y seguridad personal no quedarse nunca en este hotel.

Coloso has all the needed amenities. and a good shower, good breakfast, good service and it is well located an 8 minute walk from the central Plaza. it could use a facelift but it does the trick. Potosi is a relatively small city, so there are few alternatives.

viaje con mi mujer y un bebe de unos meses, por la noche se oian muchos ruidos por los pasillos y era imposible dormir, el desayuno ya nos hizo empezar el día peor todavia, la limpieza en general brillaba por su ausencia y la calefaccion por la noche, supongo que por ahorrar estaba apagada, por la mañana pedía hablar con el director y me atendió una muijer llamada Carmen, que fue lo más mal educada del mundo, por no decir que vino a atendernos sin mascarilla!!, teniéndole que pedir que por favor se la pusiera, y para colmo nos lo han cobrado como si hubiésemos estado en el mismisimo Hilton, no volveremos ni de brioma y por supuesto que hotel en absoluto recomentable, experiencia horrible
