Stayed for a week before moving into our new home. Hotel smelled horrible, there was no breakfast served, and they charged a different amount than the email confirmation from Wyndham (booked directly). We paid for a dog friendly room, and a daily dog fee. Carpet was damaged in room, 2 weeks after stay they charged me $150 with no notice. Called front desk said it was for carpet damage and they had before and after pics. Asked for pics, she said she would have manager sent pics. Never did, left follow up message and email, no reply. Emailed Wyndham Corporate, took 2 weeks to reply, the response was to call the hotel. Replied that I did and no one replied, never did get a response. Why would they have before pics if there was no previous damage?! This place is a scam, stay FAR away!!
