Bad service
Clean, we we booked a 2 bed room, when we arrived were charged an extra R100 as the booking said 1 person. Checked in and left for function. Came back and settled in, we realized there was only 1 bath towel and 1 bottle water. Messaged number. Had to use the hand towel. Even in the morning no response.

Check was excellent. Friendly & quick service with personally escorting us to our lovely room. A tour was given of all the amenities etc. This was our 2nd time staying at Graceland Guest house and will definitely carry on supporting them.

What a gem
What a gem of a place. Johann at reception was so lovely and friendly. The place was fantastic. Will definitely go back when in town again. Well done on a super guest house

Great place to stay at in Potchefstroom. The host went over and above to accommodate us with setting up a braai spot for my family and friends. I would most certainly stay here again!

Graceland is surely the best place to stay in Potchefstroom. The gardens are beautiful. The Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is large and super clean. The breakfast was superb. The host Johan is super cool and we enjoyed the chats with him. Johan made sure we were super comfortable and is always available 24/7. Thank you for making Potch lekker!!!!! We stayed in Room 8 & 9.

We stayed at Graceland guesthouse in May, and for 2 nights whilst coming to Potch for our daughters graduation. Really impressed with the owner, the preparation of the room, and it had everything we needed. Very pleasant stay, value for money and would come back again.
