Our stay at the signature room was wonderful. The view is so beautiful. We could see sunrise and sunset from the room. The room had everything we need. We particularly enjoyed the shower and the warm floor in the bathroom.

This is our 3rd time staying at Golf Links Portrush. We can't say enough about the staff. They are all awesome. Shannon, the Manager, is amazing and definitely makes this a wonderful place to stay. The food and the bars are great. Such a convenient place to stay to see all the attractions like Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Bridge, Dark Hedges etc.

Nice hotel nice staff nice bars nice decor. No view in room. Internal window looking into the elevator. Friends looked into the staircase Lumpy pillows Dirty around base of shower and screen Told we couldn’t change room as it was full. It wasn’t

HUGE MIXUP !Unfortunately not a good experience as we had booked for 2 nights and they mixed up the dates and they said they were sold out of rooms even though we booked this weeks in advance and it was my birthday was so looking forward to it had to go home on my birthday :(((((

Everything about the hotel was brilliant starting with the amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you, at all times. If anybody wants to know the meaning of hospitality, then book a stay here. Great bars and restaurant and lovely rooms overlooking Portrush Golf Course.......oh yeah, not to mention some of the best golf courses in the world on your doorstep.

Excellent service, comfortable beds, beautiful view. Superb food. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels North and South of Ireland and I can say the friendly, family atmosphere of this hotel was so enjoyable it came in as one of my top favourites, that I’d return too. Family friendly in parts, yet contemporary cocktail bar for the young at heart, then some late night karaoke for those wanting to relive the ABBA days. The Manager Shannon and reception staff Maddie were ‘simply the best’. I’ll be back bringing my grandchildren too. Five stars all round.

We booked into GolfLinks hotel for 3 nights on the 18th of June. The staff and hotel bar are great. My problem is I spent a lot of money on a big bedroom which totally let down the hotel. Room 10 had a large wet room and from day one we noticed a bad smell from the main drain in the shower area. We reported it a couple of time and got no response from reception. On checkout a member off staff let it slip its been a on going problem In room 10. I feel the hotel should have refunded some money on our stay.Thank god the food and atmosphere of the rest of staff made up for our stay. A warning to anyone don't accept Room 10 when checking in.

We booked room 21 and just as we ended the long day we went to get into bed, and noticed under the single sheet there was a small blood stain, then I pulled up the sheet on both beds and found multiple blood, urine and somehow lipstick stains on both mattresses. And for it to be as bad as in the pictures it would have had to go ignored for months if not years, there wasn’t even a mattress over sheet, only 1 sheet and a duvet… After we went down to the reception all the staff had already gone home so we had no choice but to try and sleep on the horrible mattresses. For some reason during the renovation someone decided to remove the bathroom light switches and replace them with automatic lights that keep coming on during the night with no way to turn them off. We were offered a different room the next day but we just wanted to get away from such a horrible hotel.

Outstanding hotel. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Food is excellent and the service is really warm and friendly. Staff are brilliant and really looked after us. Think this might be the best cooked breakfast I’ve tried. Pizzas were really good too. Highly recommended.
