Great hotel, very friendly staff, very clean and great facilities. This was my second time there and I left very satisfied! There is an electric charging station for electric cars and if you ask the concierge they will do it promptly. Highly recommended.

Habitación amplia, limpia y lujosa aunque el diseño de la ducha hace que el agua se salga fuera. No pudimos regular el aire acondicionado. El desayuno es muy completo pero con algunos productos mejorables (bollería normalita, fruta mejorable...)

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and lovely common areas. Staff all lovely. We arrived during a period of unrest as there was a massive fire opposite the hotel and police tape all around half of the building - there was excessive smoke, including in the hotel itself and the outdoor pool was closed. Whilst this wasn't in any way the fault of the hotel, it did detract from our experience and the hotel management could have done better at managing this e.g. by a resort credit or other amenity to make up for the inconvenience.
