Ficamos em 12 pessoas, 7 dias a experiência podia ter sido melhor Cobraram 4 reais para esquentar uma água Além disso, nem um talher para emprestar e conseguir comer algo O conforto foi bem razoável, cama dura e alguns quartos não tem tv smart

Pela segunda vez fico nesse hotel, na primeira vez tudo excelente. Nessa segunda uma decepção. Vazo entupido e cheio de fezes, banheiro sujo, lixeiras da cozinha com resto de lixo. Impressão que não foi limpo... Staff desentupiu o vazo, algo bem desagradável.

Estive aqui a 5 anos atrás ,voltei agora pq tive um ótima experiência Mas agora não posso falar o mesmo o café não é bom ,antes era bem farto e variado,hoje eles não dão um simples shampoo e somente sabonete,o quarto vc tem que pedir para fazer a limpeza,as toalhas e lençóis são trocados a cada 3 dias! Então imagina nossa decepção!!!

Atendimento horrível, limpeza deixa a desejar, até porque não é feita diariamente como está no papel que a PRÓPRIA recepção nos entregou, e nem a troca de toalhas. Tem que implorar pra termos o que precisamos, até pra trazer um mísero papel higiênico, por exemplo. Nunca sabem de nada, não tem utensílios na cozinha para lavar um copo e quando solicitamos a troca de copos disseram que achava que não poderia ser feito (????). Enfim, as instalações são antigas, tem muito o que ser melhorado e reformado pra dar um melhor conforto para os hóspedes. No entanto, péssima acomodação e com certeza não volto.
