Le personnel est très accueillant!!!!!!!! L'ambiance est chaleureuse, vous croiserez beaucoup de randonneurs! La cuisine est toute équipée pour se faire à manger !!!!!! C'est au centre de tout. Je recommande l'endroit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is beyond our expectations! The staff is so friendly that you instantly feel like you are staying with your family. The common area is great place to meet people and bond with the staff. In close location you can find two beach wherever you can surf. The room itself is very clean and cosy. Make sure you try their pizza! The kitchen chef is amazing

lugar increivel, staff 10 estrellas y mucha vibe. Me quede primero en Porto Da Cruz, donde conoci a muchas personas con las que hice caminatas, cenas y dias de playa, viajaba sola. Despues, visite Funchal, con muy buena localizacion, limpio y lindo. Super reocmendado!

Going to this hostel feels like a homecoming after leaving home for holidays. The first thing you'll notice upon arrival is that you have to take your shoes off when you go inside. After that you'll either be welcomed by someone of the staff or other guests, who most likely are there for the same as you will be: adventure, hikes around the region, chilling at night. Jaca organizes various events such as Burger Mondays and Pizza Fridays which is attended by more than just the hostel guests, and has contacts for surf lessons, paragliding and more. For me it was an instant match with both staff and guests, everyone just wants to have fun and make the best possible experience together during the stay. I have no doubts where to stay when I go back to Madeira, which is just a matter of if, but when.

Recepção boa e pessoal do Staff bem educado, porém quem está em viagem de trabalho não recomendo a estadia neste Hostel, tem pouca comodidade para quem está a dormir num dormitório com 7 camas. O hostel tem um sistema, onde normalmente fazem jantares ( Burger Night, etc.) , não verificam se o cliente tem toalhas estendias e estas por sua vez ficamos cheirar a fumo, resolveram o problema ( abriram uma “excepção “ pois esse serviço é pago). Casa de banho demasiado pequena para quem está partilhar com pessoas , para além de estar com o chuveiro partido por mais de 3 dias ( que foi até ao fim da minha estadia) nunca verificaram a situação uma vez que fazem todos os dias limpeza na casa de banho. Por fim quero salientar que não recomendo quem vai em trabalho, foi uma experiência que não quero voltar a repetir .

Nous avions décidé de venir manger les pizzas le vendredi soir en famille à 4: 2 enfants et 2 adultes Nous avons pris 4 pizzas, aucun tarif affiché Très bonnes pizzas, super ambiance mais au moment de la note…88 euros pour 4 pizzas et 1 bouteille de vin (8 euros) !!!! Nous ne logions pas dans l’hôtel donc c’est peut être pour ça qu’ils nous ont fait double tarif De loin la plus grosse déception de notre séjour On a été pris pour de vrais touristes…honteux
