Quanto aos serviços, tudo estava muito bom. Quanto as instalações, tive um leve desconforto, pois um dos elevadores não estava funcionando. Assim, o que estava em uso acabava ficando sobrecarregado.

Foi muito bom! Os funcionários são bons e a comida é saborosa. Foi tranquilo utilizarmos o bagageiro no checkout. A parte ruim é que o banheiro é minúsculo, pode ser ruim para claustrofóbicos… mas como passamos só uma noite foi bem tranquilo. Só tinha uma toalha quando chegamos e precisei descer a recepção para buscar mais uma. A localização é muito boa. No Centro mesmo… queria ir a Casa de Cultura do Mario Quintana e optei por este hotel. Fica bem pertinho.

El hotel es sencillo pero bien ubicado, a menos de 600 metros del Mercado Público de Porto Alegre y a similar distancia de Cidade Baixa. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y limpia. El baño tiene buena presión de agua, tanto fría como caliente. El desayuno, sin ser excelente, resulta bastante bueno. En síntesis, muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Hotel básico. Cama , chuveiro bom. Quartos limpos. Mas o atendimento do pessoal da cozinha foi péssimo quando minha família solicitou o jantar a cozinheira atendeu de muita má vontade dizendo que a comida era congelada ... Não fazendo questão nenhuma de atender. Não volto mais

Café da manhã horrível em todos os dias que fiquei hospedado. O recepcionista Jardel foi extremamente mal educado na frente de outros hóspedes dizendo que eu tinha dado perda total nas toalhas e que ficaram manchadas com maquiagem, e que eu não deveria limpar a cara suja nas toalhas. Sou artista e estava fazendo show na cidade. Eu peguei as 3 toalhas e lavei no chuveiro com sabonete e tirei TODAAAS as "manchas". O que prova que o hotel sequer tentou colocar na máquina pra lavar as toalhas. Queria me tirar 150 reais além do constrangimento ilegal e da forma muito grosseira como me tratou.
