Great service and a nice hotel.
Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area.
The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

Hotel com ótima localização, próximo ao aeroporto, bairro muito bom de Porto Alegre. Instalações muito boas, cama boa, quarto de tamanho suficiente, banheiro bom, ducha ótima, toalhas gigantes, produtos de higiene Phytoervas de excelente qualidade, só senti falta do hidratante, produtos em dispenser, oque ajuda a natureza. Café da manhã super completo. Recomendo. Sugestão: melhorar o aroma do corredor dos quartos.

Bom atendimento, café da manhã, uma ótima localização peca na estrutura da piscina que é um local aberto, peca na garagem interna sem acesso direto a parte interna do hotel, a que tem acesso à área interna é aberta, pegando muito vento e frio.

Excelente atendimento, café da manhã variado e de excelente qualidade. Ficamos hospedados em um quarto família. O quarto é muito bom, bem espaçoso e estava em perfeitas condições quando o recebemos. Equipe da recepção e do restaurante muito atenciosa.

Hotel com linda fachada e lobby. Atendimento acima da média. O destaque vai para o café da manhã, que é excelente, e o chuveiro, que aquece bem e tem uma boa pressão. A rua é super tranquila para estacionar. Com certeza, é uma ótima opção na zona norte de Porto Alegre, devido à sua excelente localização. O uso da Jacuzzi é mediante agendamento. Caso queira utilizá-la, é recomendável se antecipar

Fui renovar o visto e nos hospedamos nesse hotel por uma noite. Infelizmente nos colocaram num quarto que cheirava a mofo, com ar pesado. O banho foi um pesadelo. Não tinha box. Tinha uma cortina mofada e molhava todo o banheiro!! Sério, água no banheiro inteirinho. E nos temos o hábito de usar o secador. Chega a ser um perigo!! Escolhi esse hotel pq eles colocaram na descrição que é uma empresa do Rio Grande do Sul! Dei preferência a eles por causa de tudo oque aconteceu. Mas não me hospedaria ali nunca mais. Corredores sujos, carpete imundo, inclusive com sujeiras que dão pra ser aspiradas. O estacionamento é imundo. Sujeira grossa no piso. Café da manhã cheio de opções. Mas bem meia boca. Pão velho, ovo ruim. Não fiquem nesse hotel.
