Comfortable beds. Easy access on and off the I-94 with ample parking that is well lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Typical hotel breakfast...was warm and tasty. The rooms were clean and functional but rooms could use a bit updating. Getting and staying on the wifi network was another challenge but just worked with it.

Clean room. Warm pool. A/c was not working worth a darn. Had it set on 61 and room was humid and barely bearable. They need to pay more attention and prepping for the next morning’s breakfast rush especially on a weekend when the hotel is full. Found a moldy bagel…. And the waffle mix ran out right in the middle of the rush.

Some people must just have bad luck. We did not have any other problems other stated. Our room was 67° and we open the door, no hairs on the sheets, carpet was fine (I typically don’t walk barefoot on any hotel carpet). Pool and hot tub is perfectly clean, had towels. Exercise real well equipped and clean. We were in Room 110. Check in girl very friendly. Breakfast had waffle maker and the normal assortment of breakfast food. Would stay here again.

Elevator was broken and we were not told until we checked in. Were assured by front desk staff that it would be fixed the next day, which it wasn’t, and wasn’t fixed the following day either when we checked out. We had to drag our bags back down the stairs when we left, which created a safety hazard for one of those in our group who had a leg injury. Stained carpets greeted me in the room and my relatives were kept awake by the slamming exit door (again, since the elevator was out of order). Manager was never available (asked twice), and when I requested a credit to help compensate for our poor experience, received the response of from the front desk staff “Well, you decided to stay here.” The only notable positive was the attentive cleaning staff for the room. When you book, be sure to ask whether the elevator is finally fixed…if you decide to trust them.

It was a decent place to stay. it was an older hotel that is in transition of being renovated. Many furnishing were new while somethings could be replaced or tuned up. It was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was a decent average hotel breakfast. It was reasonably priced. I would certainly stay again.

This property just feels tired. Our room was clean, linens were clean, bathroom was (mostly) clean. The public areas, though, seemed neglected. Hallway carpets were in need of a good cleaning. There was an accumulation of dirt and dust where the floor met the wall. The translucent light panel in the ceiling of the elevator had some litter tossed up onto it and this remained present throughout our five-night stay. We wanted to use the hot tub our first night but the front desk informed us that "it is not working". No repairs were made during our stay. Breakfast was average. The waffle maker was the high point, with the low point being the hot egg offering. This was a disk of scrambled egg. It seemed like a product intended for use on breakfast sandwiches at a fast-food franchise. Link sausages were the other hot offering. The property is located beside a highway. There is lots of traffic, and a lot of semi trucks using their jake brakes. I would not stay at this property again.

Was contacted prior to arrival that elevator doesn't work just in case there will be an issue with taking stairs to the room. That was an welcomed sign of consideration for guests. Easy check out, clean room, quiet building. Will stay again.
