Baymont by Wyndham Portage Indiana Dunes

Do not stay here. We found what we believe was a bedbug exoskeleton in the mattress cover. The first room we checked into smelled horribly of mold, everything was wet, sheets were dirty, black spots noted on the pillow case, and something disgusting smeared on the wall next to the bed. We asked to see another room and that’s where we found the bedbug. The property in general was run down, and dirty. We left immediately and did not stay.

Comfortable bed, ok breakfast, clean, but shampoo and conditioner empty. Room had a fridge no freezer

Property is very tired and needs a major update. Hallways have a musty smell and the rooms as well. Our room was dated but, clean yet smelly. Many little things that need attention. Have stayed at one other Baymont many years ago which was very nice. Sadly this was not a great experience. Beautiful grassy area in the exterior for pet walking. Pet friendly property. Even the parking area needs redone. Entry was dirty and not welcoming.

The first room 224 had hair all over thr bathroom and the second room we got switched to 228 had cockroaches! I will not be staying there again and will not recommend! 0/10.

Skip the breakfast and if you get coffee bring your own mug. Their coffee cups fall apart and burnt my arm. I screamed and 2 Employees like 5 feet away didn't care. They never came over to apologize or to see if I was hurt or burnt.

The rooms were dirty with stains on everything, the showers were ice cold, for only a 10 hour stay it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at

Fridge was broke, they gave away the specific room i booked then said it was ******* fault. Problem after problem. Dont waste your money. NEVER again would i stay here. 0 stars.

Worst place I've ever been in my life, the bed was dirty and wet with urine, the bathroom was all broken and in need of repair, the room was very bad. It was only for one night because we were returning from a trip. We arrived at the hotel at 11, went to sleep at 12, and left 3 hours later, waking up to find the bed wet with urine that had soaked through the sheets. pior lugar que eu ja estive na minha vida, a cama está suja, e molhada de urina, banheiro todo quebrado precisando de reforma, quarto muito ruim, era so uma noite, porque esta voltando de viagem, chegamos no hotel as 11, fomos dormir as 12 e saímos de la 3 depois que acordamos com a cama molhada. que e urina tinha passado o lensol

Room- old, tattered. Desperately needs maintenance. The locks don’t work. The shower didn’t work, the thermostat didn’t work. The breakfast was pitiful. Cold coffee, no eggs, meat fruit. Broken pancake maker. DO NOT STSY THERE.
