Everything was great, and the staff was awesome. However, the elevator was VERY dirty, and the tiled walkway to the elevator was very wet. The entrance to the pool is right next to the elevator

During our stay, we experienced a lot of noise (stomping on the floor above us, kids screaming in the hallway, vacuuming early in the morning). We also had to wait 20 minutes for the continental breakfast to be refilled. Overall, our stay was not worth what we paid for it.

It was a good no-frills experience.
On check-in, they advised that bookings by 3rd parties (*******) are subject to an additional $5 fee. I advised that I pre-paid for the booking and that there shouldn’t be any additional fees—that’s why I booked through *******. They offered a one-time removal of the fee.
Other than that brief moment, it was great. Place is clean, Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty.

Clean room, great breakfast with several options hot & cold. Room was comfortable and quiet and lots of parking and restaurant choices close by.

Clean room. Fastest check in but additional fee at check in. No pillows available for my guest using the fold out couch. Phone did not work. Desk clerk had to come to my room to make the tv work. Ran out of food at breakfast and they stopped replenishment before the time was up. Had to eat elsewhere. Works recommended it there are no other options. Place was clean and quiet

Guy on night shift was great and always on top of everything. He deserves a raise. Pool area was always clean and my kids enjoyed it. Our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again

Exceptional hotel. Hotel was clean. Staff was exemplary. Room was amazing. Pool was great. Lots of choices for breakfast. Overall, wonderful hotel.
