Only stayed here for one night. Its totally unjustified when you read some of the negative comments made. This is an heritage building. Therefore it does come with certain drawbacks, but remember, you are staying in a hotel which was an intringle part of Port Said history. Yes, the wooden floor does make a skewking sound but thats how an old floor is supposed to sound. Instead of complaining, appreciate the 25ft high ceiling. A very large newly painted room with an enclosed balcony. Where would you nowdays find a room with a fan and a very quiet AC. Clean bathroom. A 24" TV. I was even surprised that the hotel had a lift. All these for a mere $25 - $30 a night including breakfast. For this price, do not expect a full spread of a buffett breakfast. Location is unbeatable. The cornich is just 3 minutes of walking. Surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. Check-in was fast and was allowed an early check-in. Wi-fi works on and off near the entrance but without internet browsing. Not sure what this is but this is the message I got on my phone. For me, this hotel is Value for Money when compared to the absurd prices being charged by some of the so called resorts in Port Said.
